Tips for applying to jobs, when there are a sea of ai produced applications.
As someone who receives a lot of applications for Decentraland roles and has friends in the recruiting business.
Keep it professional. Working links, clean presentation, no grammar errors.
Write a cover letter. Like actually write it yourself. Show why YOU specifically fit this role. A lot of people skip this or pass it off to AI and they all sound the same. Tell your story, like a HUMAN would.
Share your X or Linkedin profile, especially for marketing or community roles.
If you're sharing a portfolio, be sure the team can open it. If they can’t see it, it doesn’t count.
Apply intentionally. Don’t spam every role. Tailor it.
Highlight results. Measurable stuff helps.
Do a little research. For example, if you were applying to Decentraland, jump in world and bring one or two ideas of how you could make it better in relation to the role you are applying for.
There are a LOT good candidates applying for limited roles right now.
Make yours easy to say yes to.

Enabling auto-mint on the Suited Tools terminal won’t mint the token on its own, it will mint the token, yes.
When token #1 is publicly minted, the bot will activate the auto-mint feature. You can go about your business; an audio notification will play, and a MetaMask or your wallet pop-up will open, at which point you’ll simply need to manually approve the mint.
There are several reasons for this security measure:
Some collections change the floor price before the public mint, this is a safety feature. The pop-up from your wallet will open, and you’ll simply need to manually approve it while verifying the mint price if you wish.
Auto-mint runs on a very powerful server that responds very quickly when auto-mint is activated.
