While representing the people of Lusanja, we hit a dead end trying to find the money to fund their appeal against Mr. Medard Kiconco. Sensing our struggle, Hon. Erias Lukwago connected me with Rtd. Col. Dr. Kizza Besigye, who invited me to his Katonga offices and handed me the funds we desperately needed. I immediately asked for a pen and paper to write an official receipt for the money. Instead, he looked at me and asked, "Where did you write an acknowledgment when you chose to be their lawyer for free?" Speechless, I just walked out.

Loans aren't necessarily bad. If planned well and used for their intended purpose, they can accelerate your way to financial freedom. Do not think commercial banks first. There are hardly any business that return above the 21% & above that the banks charge. Think SACCOs, family.
