Headed out for a hunt? Before you take aim, please look beyond your target to be sure there are no power lines, poles or other electrical equipment that could be impacted by a stray shot.
WRVEC wishes you a safe hunting season!
When our social media team has an idea, everyone gets involved. But spooky or not, your White River crew is always here for YOU. Proud to power and connect the communities we call home! 👻🎃
Teamwork is kind of our thing. 😉⚡ We teamed up with Barry Electric, Ozark Electric, Sac Osage Electric, and KAMO Power to celebrate Cooperative Month and the seven principles that bring us together. At the heart of it all? YOU, our member-owners! ⚡💚
💡 Tip from the Team: AutoPay💡
Using AutoPay? Check your latest bill to make sure your payment went through. New or updated AutoPay setups take effect next billing cycle, so you may need to pay manually in the meantime. Questions? Call 800-879-4056!
Spooky season is here, but keeping your power reliable is serious business. 🎃⚡
We're thankful for the linemen who answer the call, work through the elements, and show up for YOU - our member-owners. Now that's something to celebrate this Cooperative Month!
This month, we’re celebrating 17 employees and an incredible 182 years of combined service! That’s 182 years of showing up for our member-owners, supporting our communities, and keeping our cooperative moving forward. Join us in celebrating these employee service anniversaries!
🌳 Tree work is coming to the Ava, Gainesville, Taneyville, & Silver Dollar City areas. Red Dirt Arborists will identify trees near power lines for treatment to slow growth. If your property is affected, you should have received an email or postcard. Didn’t? Contact our team.
⚡ Teachers, it’s your turn to POWER UP! The WRVEC Power Up Grant Program is open Oct. 1–31! Local teachers in Taney, Stone, Christian, Douglas & Ozark counties can apply for funding to bring classroom ideas to life. 📚whiteriver.org/community/ope…

Happy Cooperative Month, member-owners!
Please be careful when hunting near electrical infrastructure. Damage to power lines may be dangerous to hunters and can cause outages, leading to costly repairs. Help keep your service running smoothly by looking before you shoot. #HuntSafely
A fall issue of Rural Missouri with a tree on the cover?

Just a little can trying to find its way to someone who needs it. 🥫 Times are tough. If you’re able to donate, please consider bringing a nonperishable item to an October food drive event or your local WRVEC office. Every little bit helps. ❤️
All WRVEC offices will be closed on Wednesday, October 7, for clerical training. One of our core cooperative principles is education and training, so we’re taking some time to sharpen our skills!
As always, 24/7 outage reporting is available through SmartHub.
This week, we kick off our annual October Food Drive!
