A harsh winter delayed maple syrup production by a few weeks, but early March’s warm days and cold nights have the taps flowing at @WickedSappy.
I did a blind taste test with owner Jason Thomas’ unique flavors to see what he has in store this syrup season.
We will be OPEN and fully stocked from 9am-4pm on Sat March 14th and Sun the 15th. It’s a week before maple weekend but it’s the best time to come and beat the crowd! Hope you can make it!
