I love when people are smart in ways that actually matter. In ways that you can’t be taught or that are just inherent

What's the real point of identifying as queer if it doesn't come with a genuine commitment to liberation? If instead of standing in solidarity, you simply turn a blind eye to the struggles of other marginalized people?

Being queer isn't just a personal label or an aesthetic. It should mean rejecting the systems that oppress anyone who doesn't fit the dominant mold. When someone claims the identity while remaining silent or indifferent toward racism, ableism, classism, transphobia directed

at others, or any other form of marginalization, the identity starts to feel hollow. And if the fight stops at your own comfort or visibility and ignores the people still pushed to the edges, then what exactly is the point of calling yourself queer in the first place?

Somethings we notice with BPD is how they embody traits of the Moon to the point of dysfunction. Hyper awareness of self and surrounding that leads to distorted perception, hypersexuality= over exposure of the self to the point of losing boundaries with the mass, it's all about
BPD is about unhealthy moonmaxxing btw

while we're at it, sometimes it feels like some of you see queerness as merely an aesthetic. what the hell is a "hello kitty femme" and a "snoopy spiderman masc" what if we develop our personalities outside the internet mama let's see lesbians as actual people and not as concepts

Fucking brutal
The Greeks were known to have an intense hatred for their artists, poets, sculptors and architects—What seems to us moderns as incontestably the highest and most marvellous of achievements was considered shameful, vulgar and blasphemous.

It actually offends people when you're not longer the version of you they're used to. When you truly become yourself it irks them. But conformity never really uplifted anyone. So you'd rather disappoint them and do you, than live a life that's uncomfortable for your soul.
I think there's a quiet grief in realizing that becoming yourself might mean disappointing people who loved the version of you that never challenged anything. But you can't spend your whole life being easy to understand at the expense of being honest with yourself.

Listening now to Telemann's enchanting & melancholic Dolce flute solo in Fantasia no. 6 in D Minor from 'The Twelve Fantasias For Transverse Flute Without Bass' (1732) performed by the flutist Barthold Kuijken in this 1978 Lp recording. Enjoy!
