I love my gross job. We do so many different jobs, and each one is gross in its own way. But we do it for the love of the game and our fellow man. I couldn't ask for better coworkers.
Finally connecting the dots that Kalona was chosen because of the CNV Kalona that participated in Aspho Fields. Now I know why the Aspho memorial ceremony happens in Kalona.

It's National Suicide Prevention Day.
As someone who spent many years dealing with suicidal ideation I know what it feels like to want to die. It's not the dying as much as it is the pain. You just want it to end and suicide seems like the logical choice. You can come out of it though. I did and now my life is happy.

Two weeks ago I got catapulted at work and went on physical therapy. Then City Hall dragged me in to say I failed the drug test.
I've been shitting bricks and not sleeping, but today I got the news: IT WAS A FALSE POSITIVE
Way too much stress and drama to prove my innocence.
