⚠️A vape shop owner In Cheam has been jailed for r-ping a schoolgirl.
lqbal Singh, 45, from Aghanistan, has been jailed after r-ping and sexually assaulting a 14YO girl he groomed through his Phone Repair & Vape shop in Cheam in 2020.
Singh befriended schoolgirls at the shop, giving them free cannabis vapes, alcohol and access to a back room where they could watch TV and hang out.
In 2020, Singh gave the girl alcohol and a THC vape before sexually assaulting and r-ping her while she slept.
He was convicted of r-pe and four sexual assaults against the same victim.
The court also heard Singh had committed a similar offence against a 16YO girl when he owned Mobilfox vape shop in Station Approach, Hayes in 2019. He was convicted of that in 2022.
Police are concerned other victims have not yet been identified.
Singh operated shops in Hayes in Bromley, and Cheam, and has known connections in Carshalton and Croydon.
Singh was jailed for 14 years with an additional 8 years on licence.
He must serve 2/3s of custody sentence before considered for parole.
The judge also made a restraining order after Singh liked two of the victim’s social media posts then posted on his own page: "Was going to fall in love again then remembered the advice the judge gave me."
Singh was born in Afghanistan and is married with children.
A probation officer said "he has distorted views of age and consent and appears to consider himself the victim".
Sickening.

A masked 15YO boy who stabbed a girl in the back at school has been found guilty of attempted murder.
The verdict was greeted in silence after Mr Justice Lickley ordered the public gallery to give "no reaction".

A care worker has been found guilty of sexually abusing multiple girls in care in Stafford.
Thomas Beckerleg, 37, denied all 11 counts but was found guilty at Stafford Crown Court.
Sentencing in January 2027.

Got the FOI documents back. The European Commission terminated my supplier contract because I had opinions that are against “EU values”.
The type of contacts I was employed under was illegal (false freelance), and terminating contracts for beliefs is also illegal. This is all according to @EU_Commission’s own rules.

I have asked for Idris Sheikh’s sentence to be reviewed as unduly lenient.
Care workers who abuse their residents must be severely punished, but Idris Sheikh is currently likely to serve only a third of his 20 month sentence.
I can’t be doing with trivial sentences for such crimes against vulnerable people who need care.
A former Bradford care worker has been jailed for sexually abusing a vulnerable woman in a care home.
Idris Sheikh, 46, of Carlisle Place, was convicted unanimously in August of engaging in sexual activity with a mentally disordered female.
Bradford Crown Court heard Sheikh carried out three different forms of sexual touching, while his DNA was found on the victim’s clothing.
The woman was considered too vulnerable to give evidence in person, with the prosecution case instead relying on disclosures she made to care home staff and evidence gathered by police.
Sentencing Sheikh to 20 months in prison, Judge Christopher Smith said he had abused the trust placed in him and told him he would never work in the care sector again.
Sheikh continues to deny the offence and will remain on the sex offenders register for ten years.

MANCHESTER 13 TRIAL: A third man has pleaded guilty to raping a woman who was systematically drugged by her husband for over 20 years.
Pensioner Graham Brougham, 74, from Cheshire follows university technician Keith Fotheringham, 59, and unemployed Sean Peers, 38, in admitting horrific crimes.
Judge Maurice Greene bailed Brougham but told him he "faces a long time in custody"
The Stockport husband admitted all 60 offences back in September.
The trial of the ten remaining defendants is due to begin on 2nd November.
The wife was present in court, supported by her two sons, for all admissions of guilt by her husband and the three men.
The sustained distress, betrayal and trauma she is experiencing is just too much to comprehend.

⚠️Eight British men have been arrested on suspicion of drugging their wives or partners so they can be filmed being r-ped by other men.
The men were identified as part of an investigation into 270 cases worldwide linked to a major online abuse forum in the wake of the Pelicot case.
8 victims in the UK have been safeguarded. Another 10 men have been arrested overseas.
Investigators believe that there are many more forums which have not yet been uncovered.

And Vickrum's brother Gerpreet - who was never charged with perverting the course of justice in Henry's murder - is currently bailed following arrest for 11 weapons charges.
Vickrum's father, Moga, is also bailed on 7 weapons charges.

Oh yes and Vickrum has just been granted appeal to contest his prison sentence - which was already reduced - because he says it's "too harsh".
But of course there's no such thing as two tier justice in the UK.

➡️SENTENCED: Supply teacher Abusali Rahman, 37, has been jailed after pleading guilty to 21 child sex offences.
Rahman worked at various schools across the Northwest taking 100s of upskirting photographs of girl pupils and sharing and selling them online.
He took images from their social media and used AI to create deepfake sexualised images of them - which also sold online.
He kept a database of all girls names, their addresses and social media details.
In May, his defence said "he was going through a mental health crisis at the time"
He's been sentenced to just 6 years.
A truly sick predator who needs to be deported immediately after serving his sentence.

He needs to go away for a very long time, his citizenship revoked - and then deported.

Three men approached the girl between 9.40pm - 10.45pm at Broughton Brook, one of which raped her.
The suspect is described as black, late teens/early 20s, with dark hair and dark clothes. He was accompanied by another black man and a white man of similar age.
Police are urging anyone in the area at the time who saw anything suspicious, or saw anyone matching the above description, to come forward.
