Sergeant Fannie Nkosi, has resigned from SAPS. The police have yet to officially confirm this.
Nkosi testified about links between underworld figures and senior police officials.

Why do we have refugee centres inside country? Why does an immigrant have to access the country and resources paid for by the taxpayers for them to apply for their asylum? Why can’t these be at the boarders?

The window to claim asylum is open to everyone, & they can invoke that right at any time. There’s virtually nothing you can do about it until 5/10 years later, when you finally adjudicate their overwhelming applications. That’s not misinformation but reality

I don’t think the issue is a lack of understanding or appreciation of the ConCourt ruling. The real issue is the practicality of implementing the DH directive. No parameters, blanket approach, no proper risk assessment.
Clearly the @HomeAffairsSA did not assess the risk of publishing their directive and should be seen for what is, public incitement. There’s was never an end to their directive, until the entire work is in South Africa as “asylum” seekers
Sadly there’ll be end to this. Flood gates have been opened and a word has already gone out to those outside the borders to tray and get to the country by all means and benefit from this…queues will be this long for ashes to come

Special Court Sentences Four To De@th For Kidn@pping, Cultism And Other Offences In Edo State
The Edo State High Court sitting in Benin City has sentenced four persons to death by hanging for kidnapping, membership of a secret cult and other violent crimes.
The Special Criminal Court, presided over by Justice Terry Momodu Aigbona, handed down the sentence after a judgment that lasted more than three hours.
Justice Aigbona convicted the alleged gang leader, Isaac Marvellous, 32, on all 11 counts and sentenced him accordingly. The court also ordered that the convicts be executed by hanging or lethal injection.
The other condemned persons are Wisdom Michael, 36; Rufus Michael, 30; and Gift Raphael, 27.
The four were convicted on an 11-count charge bordering on kidnapping, cultism and other violent crimes.
The court also handed down various jail terms to other suspects and ordered that firearms recovered from the convicts as exhibits be handed over to the Federal Government.
