What has happened over the past seven days cannot be justified on legal grounds.
I can say that, the lawyers who have worked closely on the matter can say that, and anyone thinking rationally can see it.
The rich have realized the only way to get rich is by feasting on the poor , so they keep doing this until theres no one left.
So....how cooked are they? Will there even be next assembly session? Will be seen in the next episode of India vs Govt.

The rule of law exists to ensure that the rights of citizens even with no special status or power except the status of being citizens of a democratic country are not trampled over.
The rule of law cannot & should not in itself become a weapon in the hands of the state to silence dissenting voices that it prefers not to hear.
The continued JC of @SauravDassss & @AshutoshRanka sets a dangerous precedence.

Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka are still in jail… for simply unfurling the 🇮🇳 in our national capital.
The regime surely has a problem with young Indians waving our national flag!
It’s absurd to even think that such a thing might happen in a free country!
Nonetheless, we will fight to reclaim our democracy from the regime.
