I took over a room full of #newcomer middle school #SLIFE. Most were behavior issues. They were frustrated & had a #fixedmindset abt their abilities. We implemented a Social Contract & went to work to find meaningful activities. That made all the difference #MCC5 #ELLchat_bkClub
