Horrendous customer service from @TUIUK , 22 hour delay last week with 3 young kids and told it’s not refunding a penny. Blaming an ‘exceptional circumstance’ How come other planes could all take off? A global issue would affect all companies! Avoid avoid avoid Tui.

Sir Keir’s response to a special school head on LBC this morning is shocking. Over 100,000 children in independent schools get SEND support without an EHCP. They would be taxed under Labour’s plans. Labour has no answers for how these children’s complex needs will be met.
