dozens of legends “made Barça bigger”, a club Messi himself dreamed of playing for. no other club has produced and platformed more legendary and influential figures.

🚨 𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆: Sergio Carranza, LaLiga’s head of broadcast production and editing, admitted on COPE’s El Partidazo show yesterday that showing a replay of Arda Güler’s controversial elbow on Sevilla’s Peque was considered but ultimately REJECTED as an editorial decision.
The production team chose to focus on the goal instead.
NOW WHAT'S THE ISSUE? Sergio Carranza is a former REAL MADRID TV employee and worked there for 5½ years (2005-2010).
The incident has sparked controversy after Güler avoided a VAR review, with questions being raised over why the replay wasn’t shown.
💣 A former RMTV employee decides what will be shown and what YOU SITTING AT HOME will see on the TV. NARRATIVE BUILDING. This is massive!

Nothing against him, but it's crazy how the world and mass psychology works. Just two months ago, people would’ve been calling for Enzo Fernández and Leandro Paredes’ heads if either of them had done something like this.
