Treating kids as equals?! Who'd have thought it works wonders for behaviour and respectful relationships in school.

OMG. It's so clear that parents AKA voters want education change. We had the first public screening last night of Above All, Compassion: the Story of XP School. As dear Sir Ken Robinson said, change will begin at grassroots.

Wonderful news for Donny, a city we love for its spirit - and it's almost always sunny there!
We are delighted by the news that Doncaster is being granted city status. This will bring a range of economic, reputational and political benefits for our borough.
To thank everyone who was involved in making this ambition a reality, here is our Chief Exec, @dan_fell

How do you build respect between students and with staff? A big issue right now, post-pandemic. XP School in Doncaster put students into small groups of 12 - 'crew' - for 4 hours a week.
