Bye Bye @airtelindia ? BSNL’s ₹1 SIM could change the game.
From August 12 to September 12, BSNL is offering SIMs for just ₹1, with 1GB daily data + unlimited calling for 24 days.
BSNL is also preparing to launch its Satellite Phone Service around August 15.
If BSNL fixes its network and internet speed, Jio and Airtel could face some serious competition.
Would you switch to BSNL for ₹1? 👇

"Didn’t recharge for ₹349 so UPI stopped working too*
As soon as I recharged for ₹349 today, Google Pay/UPI payments started working again.
Now the question is — is a ₹349 mobile recharge every month mandatory to make online payments?
I’m a student, it’s not easy to spend this much every month.
If UPI and other essential services get affected when SIM validity expires, why aren’t customers informed about this clearly in advance?
@airtelindia please reply — can UPI not be used without an active recharge? "

Hello @airtelindia - @reliancejio, please pay attention.
If recharges keep getting expensive and you don’t launch an affordable Voice + SMS-only plan, people may start switching to BSNL.
Not everyone needs daily data. Senior citizens, low-income users and keypad phone users mainly need calling + SMS.
Why not launch a ₹100/month Voice + SMS plan?
Keep it affordable, keep your customers or customers will look for alternatives.
Tell us Airtel/Jio or BSNL? 👇

Gen Z, Millennials, and Boomers everyone should stand against this duopoly of Airtel and Jio.
TRAI or the government do nothing, we have to raise our voice.

🚨 @airtelindia & @reliancejio please launch a truly affordable/low cost Voice + SMS only Monthly recharge plan with ZERO internet data.
Not everyone needs daily data. Many poor, low income, senior citizens and basic keypad phone users mainly need calling and SMS.
Example - Start With 100Rs Plan
