United States v. Brian J. Cole Jr.
(J6 pipe bomber case)
Judger Orders Appointment of Conflicts Counsel in J5 Pipe Bomber Case
For the first time since he was indicted, Brian J. Cole Jr. is about to meet with an attorney who will actually have his defense—and only his defense—in mind.
Judge Ali has ORDERED the Federal Public Defender for the District of Columbia to appoint a "conflicts counsel" who will advise Cole as to the existence and nature of the possible conflict(s) at least three of his current defense attorneys have and to brief him on the possible adverse consequences of such representation.
What conflict, you might ask? Well, the conflict is that three of his attorneys ALSO represent disgraced Blaze reporters Steve Baker and Joseph Hanneman in the civil lawsuit Shauni Kerkhoff brought against them after they authored and published articles falsely framing Kerkhoff as the "real" J5 Pipe Bomber.
It appears, strongly appears IMO, that these attorneys have been using the Cole criminal case to compel the production of materials from the government not for Cole's defense but for Baker and Hanneman's defense in the civil case.

What a miracle. Bach was God's messenger. This is the proof. Everything in this clip is superb. 300+ years later, still a banger!

My favorite song of the 90s. I am a huge Nirvana fan, but this Smashing Pumpkins tune beats them all. Perfect song composition/structure with building intro and guitar solo that goes to outer space
Also Chamberlin’s drumming is top notch

MTV wanted Nirvana to do an encore after this song was over, but Cobain refused, saying that he sucked and that the whole band sounded terrible. He'd thought the performance was a bomb because the audience was so quiet, not realizing that it was so quiet because they were blown away

RIP to cancer
we literally just had a cancer drug that could eliminate surgery, radiation and chemo get FDA approved
the drug is dostarlimab, an immunotherapy for one genetic subtype of rectal cancer
in the trial, 47% of evaluable patients had no detectable tumor a year after treatment (independent review)
colorectal is one of the top cancer killers of men under 50
the acceleration in frontier bio in 2026 is genuinely mindblowing

How do I sleep at night? Exceptionally well, actually.
The real question is why you’re still tossing and turning on some one-size-fits-all mattress from a big-box store while pretending the moral high ground keeps you awake. Facts don’t care about your feelings, and neither does a bad mattress.
I used to be the same way: any noise, any movement, and I was up. Then I found @HelixSleep. You take their two-minute sleep quiz, they match you to a mattress built for your body type, sleep position, and preferences, and it shows up at your door free. 100+ night trial, solid warranty, and it actually works. My wife sleeps through everything now. I sleep like a rational human being.
Go to helixsleep.com/ben, take the quiz, and stop pretending discomfort is a personality trait. Better sleep starts right now. @benshapiro @HelixSleep

It doesn’t matter how many people you get to parrot your BS narrative. What matters is how many people have the moral fortitude to stand up and defend the truth.
That applies to everything from the postliberal project to smearing the FBI over Cole, to Russia/Ukraine and everything in between.
If we don’t actively develop some kind of antibodies against the influence operations run a mock, we are in trouble as a country because you cannot possibly govern yourself if you can no longer decipher what is true and what is false.
The FBI caught the right person for the January 5 pipe bombs. There’s extensive records of Cole buying all the parts that were found in the bombs, and it’s not just random stuff sitting in his garage. There’s a track record of him buying these parts in clusters that don’t make sense outside of building and placing pipe bombs. Same type of pipe, same two types of end caps, same wiring, same steel wool, same exact timers, and those rare 9-volt battery connectors (the ones a local store sold, only like 8,000 made over five years). Plus the exact same shoes that were ID’d on the bomber.
On top of that he drives into DC and is there during the exact hour they were placed, and the cell phone data at least puts him right in the vicinity. Then he gives a detailed confession where he admits to all of it. Read the whole thing. He tries to say he didn’t do it at the beginning like basically everyone who’s ever been accused of a serious crime does, then he admits it and goes into real detail about what he did and how he felt about it. That isn’t the kind of stuff the FBI feeds you. He wasn’t coerced. He wasn’t forced. It’s basically statistically impossible for it to be anybody else once you combine the factors of the matching parts, the rare shoes, the location, and then the confession on top of all of it. That’s why you don’t see any serious legal professionals treating the videos or the clothing nonsense as an alibi in any way.
People like @thevivafrei, @KyleSeraphin, and
@SteveBakerUSA are just online con men and ghouls trying to keep this going for clicks. They know or should know this is bullshit, but they don’t care. They don’t care about the damage they cause to people, the time they waste, the pointless additional pain they cause to Brian Cole's family, or the damage they cause to the country. They just want to make however much money they can off it. Remember, just because they’re popular on Twitter doesn’t mean they have any real money or any desire to get an actual job, so they keep throwing out “what about this” and “what about that” to people who don’t have critical thinking skills.
Cole’s got a fine legal team. They’re gonna do what any competent lawyer would: try to suppress or limit the confession, try to get some counts knocked down so the exposure is lower, and then tell him the realistic advice is to take a plea because there’s no way to win this. Remember twitter isn't real life, its a horrible case for the defense.
Once Cole pleads guilty, the con won’t end. These same people will just say the lawyers sold him out, or the government coerced him into plead guilty, or it was MKUltra or whatever so they can keep the story going.
That’s the whole game and you are all its victims.
You should all be careful with this conspiracy-minded bullshit. It’s kind of engrossing and it wastes your time.
It’s like a tick that just sucks your blood, whether you’re supporting the conspiracy or arguing against it trying to talk sense into people. Ultimately you need to protect yourself.
I’ll keep commenting as more shit comes out, but this guy is going to plead guilty. The con won’t stop then. Next they’ll turn on Cole’s lawyers or the judge, or say the government forced the poor innocent young black autistic kid to take a plea.
The evidence is very clear, and these guys will keep coming with bullshit and minutiae up until and after Cole pleads guilty.
For the next couple of weeks I need to focus on a project that should hopefully bring my firm a few extra million dollars in revenue a year. Big things!
I’m going to put my head in the game for the next few weeks and focus on that. I've devoted enough time this month towards working with the mentally retarded. God bless you dreamers!
You should all do the same and focus on your own personal goals. God speed!!!
Also, can anyone explain why Brian Cole Jr. bought the two kitchen timers that were found in the bombs, the bombs were then left in DC, and days later he bought another one of the exact same timers?
Why did he need a third matching timer, 7 months after he bought the two timers, the same ones that happened to have been left in the bombs?
What happened to the first two kitchen timers? Why did he have to buy another after the two went missing?
Let me guess: “he liked projects!”
