Is there a way we can avoid all these pools rematches?
YJ/Hero Pie vs Couch/Drippin and Paco/Natty vs Barkhorse were both rematches from pools.
If Prince/Razz (seed 12) beat Terra/cuddly (seed 17), their match vs Team Peru would've been a pools rematch, and same with dmolz/A1.

Supernova 2026: 9th in singles and 5th in doubles with my boy @alexornelas3 (Team Dalefornia)! I'm not super active online but it never takes away from reuniting with everyone in person. Always a blast and hoping I can continue coming out to more events! Til next time fam 😘
We still here! Fatherhood couldn't keep me away from making the 2025 UPR, and it definitely won’t stop my love for this game. Big thanks to the NorCal community for their support and the ranking committee for all their hard work year after year!
I’m officially retiring the tag Shihman
What started as a childhood play on words is no longer appropriate. From GX3 onward I’ll be registered as YJ, short for Yang Jun, my Mandarin name
No worries if you still call me Shihman, but I’m looking forward to 2-0ing you as YJ ✌️

Excited to announce some prizes for No Contest, Seattle’s Smash 64 tourney. Along with these trophies there will also be a nice pot bonus. It’s at $250 now but growing depending on how many entrants we get.
Min $250!
Consider registering for No Contest, should be a lot of fun!
Very touched by all the smashers reaching out wishing well for my family in Taiwan. Thankfully they're all okay

I'm a little late with this post but I won Genesis X 64 singles and doubles! Shout out to Traydozer for being a great TO and everyone who came in from out of town to make last weekend the best weekend of smash 64 NorCal has had in several years. Hope to see more of you next year!
In 2016, I went to my first major G3 and didn't even crack top 64. At that time I never thought I'd reach and be able to maintain this level of performance.
Gotta thank the NorCal community for training and always supporting me. Love the SSB64 community and love this game ❤️
