Never ever listen to anyone but yourself. Art only needs YOUR validation. Whatever happens after that is just life playing itself out. Thank God KA only listened to himself and any other artist who believed in themselves. Regardless of the fan base.. ...or lack thereof.

DSPs & labels have been investing in Ai “artists” to simply pay themselves by pushing these artists above real humans. That was the last straw for me with releasing music on streaming services. I’m not here for convenience at the cost of literal theft.
