you might be closer than you think. you might also be nowhere near it. who cares. don’t leave. keep going until you have exhausted every possible version of yourself that could have quit. the majority will never know what they could have become because they walked away too soon. go find out.

Best lesson I learned this year is, you can't have one foot in your old life and one foot in your new life then expect change. You gotta fully commit to the new life..

My biggest luck roll as a kid was searching "free Minecraft code" on Google and actually finding a working code posted on a forum.

You can’t even use Revolut if your iPhone is in developer mode. As solid as the design of the app is, I could care less
It’s a banking app. Not Duolingo
Revolut's designers are moving off Figma.
Storonsky spotted one team designing much faster than the others. What they did:
1. Gave an LLM Revolut's design system at the code level
2. Prompted it to build new flows on top of that system
3. Got a live interface they can click through on a laptop or phone, instead of static frames
Result: 3-4x faster. Now he's pushing it to every designer at Revolut.
His job, as he describes it: find what works in one team and spread it across the company.

i am no longer afraid of things falling apart. i have seen what happens after the worst of it. the sun still rises, people still laugh, new things still begin, and one day, you find yourself happy about something you once thought you would never recover from.
