Q. What do you like about Japanese fashion and street culture? And what inspires your personal style?
🦒: I think people here have a lot of freedom when it comes to fashion. Everyone has their own personality and style, and they're free to wear whatever they like. I think that's what inspires me the most.
🐶: Yeah, I feel the same way. I get a lot of inspiration from things I come across in everyday life, especially when I see collections from COMME des GARÇONS.
Q. Is there anything you'd like to do or anywhere you'd like to visit while you're in Japan?
🦅: I wanna go to Yokohama Chinatown, get some good food, and eat together with everyone. After that, we could go to an arcade, play some claw machines, or play a few rounds of Street Fighter. I just really wanna spend a fun day together with everyone!
🦊: I wanna go to Sapporo when it's snowing and just relax in an onsen. I really wanna go to an onsen!
Q. Do you have any routines you always follow before going on stage?
🦒: First, I always drink warm water when I wake up. Then I use propolis spray, and there's this tea called "Throat Coat" that I always drink before going on stage. But I forgot to bring it today, so I guess I'll have to start drinking it again tomorrow.
We also always do our victory pose together before going on stage. I think the fans already know about that.
🦊: I drink coffee. It's actually a routine I only started recently. I need coffee to really wake my body up and clear my mind. I feel like I can perform better after drinking it.
🦒: Didn't you used to dislike Americano?
🦊: Yeah, but that was back then. I'm all grown up now, so I've learned how to enjoy Americano.
🐶: Yeah, yeah, whatever you say.
🦊: Even though I'm still only 18 years old.
🦒: What about those born in 2008?
🐢: I drink Red Bull.
🦒: Next year, we'll be adults!
Q. Do you have any messages for Hypebae and Hypebeast readers?
🦒: We'd be really happy if you guys listened to "MONEY MONEY MONEY" and "PACK IT UP" a lot. We're also working on new music and lots of other content right now, so please look forward to it!
