Honoured to share my blood donation journey with @cbcradiocanada and @CraigNorrisCBC earlier this week.
It was a meaningful opportunity to reflect on why I’ve made donating a lifelong habit — and why I’ll be back with @CanadasLifeline for my 60th donation on August 6.
If you’ve ever thought about giving blood but had questions or hesitations, I’d be happy to talk.
You can also reach out directly to @CanadasLifeline — they’re an incredible organization doing critical work across the country.

A4: as brutal as it may be, the top tier linemen are more often the top 1% in athletic ability. Athletic freaks aren’t always great OL, but great OL are almost always athletic freaks in some form. Controllables: never be outworked. Control all accessible small details #hogfbchat
Q4: What separates top tier linemen from average ones and what are controllables that your linemen can do to get that separation? #Hogfbchat

A3: We lose a few seniors from our dress roster, so our off-season focus was grit, chemistry, and eyes all because of our inexperience needing to come in and play to win. #hogfbchat
Q3: Based on your offensive lines performance last year, what is the biggest area that they can work on? #Hogfbchat
A2: Presnap adjustment to personnel/formation. What story does it tell me? Then who the C pointed to count out and determine my job. Then on my assignment. #hogfbchat
Q2: What do you teach your offensive linemen to look at pre-snap? #Hogfbchat
