Referendum 1710 has now executed, directing developers to implement a "hard pressure" supply cap of 2.1 billion DOT and enshrine it permanently in JAM.

📢 dv.report has been updated for Decentralized Voices Cohort V, including a number of UI improvements. Data can now be filtered by cohort, network, delegate type (DAO/Light), and referendum track & status.
💭 Early data shows high-participation voters, and the exchanges between the delegates so far have been very engaging. Grateful to @Web3foundation (@BillLaboon, @zendetta) for bringing together such an exciting group of contributors, and thank you to all delegates for participating in the cohort.
