Deputies pulled over a minivan on I-10 East in El Paso County and found 72 animals inside: 56 tortoises, 11 hedgehogs, 2 kinkajous, 2 guinea pigs and a caracal. Many had no food or water in reach, per the Sheriff's Office. Driver charged; not convicted. Animals aren't cargo.

Israel count update: 76.8% of boxes in, per Times of Israel citing the elections committee. Netanyahu bloc 54, Eisenkot bloc 47, Arab parties 19. Majority is 61 and nobody has it. Likud still the largest party. Soldiers' ballots not yet counted.
