Wyte nats will one day do the needful to this bed warmer of Pakistani lobby.

I have unequivocally condemned Hindu nationalism & applauded the students in the streets speaking out against corruption and for inclusion. My grandfather was part of Gandhi's independence movement and I believe in Gandhi and Nehru's vision of pluralism.
Not Actively committing genocide saare, paxtan commits genocide of minorities on occasion when its forced to saaare, rest of the time it just funds Jihadis to travel to foreign lands & explode saaare, paxtan utopia saaare says this thayoli
Modiji, this is how you maintain democracy. When INDI & leli haramis talk about Bangladesh style, this is what they expect from you. I hope you meet their expectations and save democracy.

Ram Mandir was the pinnacle of Hindutva. It lit the spark of Hindutva’s revival. Its construction & murti puja was a fulfillment of the ideology. Of the blood, sweat, & tears that so many average Hindus poured into it for centuries.
Many never believed it would ever occur.
And honestly forget politics.
From a theological perspective, infusing & opening the eyes of the murti of Ram Lala at his birthplace after 5 centuries is a genuinely earth shattering event. It’s a divine occasion.
Not just the norms of politics but just general laws of gratitude would necessitate a form of reciprocation & gratefulness.
That never came.
And from that point on, I have changed my view on Indian politics & the public.
I mistook you man. It was all for the Cause..
Our main problem with Bollywood has always been that they rarely make pro-Hindu films and have often pushed an Islamic narrative. So, when they finally make a film that represents our culture and actually do a good job, or at least make a sincere attempt, opposing it simply for the sake of opposition would be sheer stupidity.
I have opposed a particular actress in the past, and I still stand by my opinion. But I cannot bash an entire movie simply because she is part of it. For me, the cause is bigger than political opinions, personal preferences, or individual disagreements.
And seeing Ramayana being promoted even in Saudi Arabia, with posters reportedly appearing in public spaces, is a proud moment in itself. A story rooted in our Hindu scriptures reaching audiences in a country like Saudi Arabia speaks volumes about the global reach of our culture. This is the kind of cultural representation we should be celebrating.
So, to answer the question, "What changed?"
I was honestly expecting them to make another blunder. But somehow, they managed to do a good job, and my opinion changed accordingly. There is nothing wrong with acknowledging something good, even when you initially expected otherwise.
I want films based on our scriptures to be made every single year, so that the younger generation can learn about our history, culture, traditions, and the values we have inherited.
At the end of the day, the cause matters more than the cast. Our culture deserves to be celebrated beyond our borders.
Rest, I don't mind idiots being idiots, thinking they are somehow more Hindu than everyone else.
And yes, I know exactly which group is doing what. I've known your tricks for a long time. I just pretend not to notice because, honestly, you're too small to affect me...... You'll always be struggling with an identity crisis...!!!
Wrote a whole bunch of nothing defending adulteration of itihasa. A few small creative liberties is how it all starts and it always ends up with erasure of Hindu beliefs or appropriation. Dimwits might be okay with it. But you should never be. Gatekeep. Fvxk soft power.
Trads may not like what I say below
But the fact is that modern audiences and critics don't relate well to very straightforward good vs evil narratives
They seek nuance. Hence this attempt to refashion some of the antagonists as men with troubled pasts etc
Obviously rAmAyaNa is anything but simplistic. It has a great deal of nuance and subtlety. But much of that is in the various samvAdas (dialogues), expositions, sub-plots, meta-narratives, embedded stories etc
But when you televise it, you tend to focus on the main narrative cutting out the rest. And that can come across as "simplistic".
Hence these creative liberties. Am OK with that. It's better than critics and audiences panning it as a simple fairy tale.
Nolan did the same with Odyssey. He turned a martial bronze age tale into a cogitation on civilizational collapse and psychological turmoil turning Odysseus into a PTSD-tormented soul.
But for me it's OK. We have to live with modernity and modern people. We can't wish them away.
If bursting crackers give a libturd breathing trouble, then we should definitely burst crackers.

I will take fascist BJP any day over secular Congress & its alliance parties.

These bloody sanghis man. Always have to be kabab mai hadi. When Hindus are getting soft power & immense respect from the world because of this movie, these sanghis go on & ruin it. So what if they took some liberties & whitewashed Ravana, at least we are getting the soft power.
Strongest "GC" activist is now the most intelligent chambhidhan rakshak. He fed vadapav to everyone lol
PUJARI's have fooled Indian's for centuries.
In ancient times they told Kshatriya kings:
“The mahurat to attack the enemy is after 2 weeks.”
Then they quietly sided with the enemy & ask enemy to attack their own Kshatriya Kingdom during those 2 weeks, when the Kshatriya King wasn’t prepared.
Still evident in 2026.
All this just for the money.
Soft power
Many RW accounts are against Ramayana movie. This is exactly why the RW keeps failing at soft power and propaganda. Simple black and white narrative works only in WhatsApp forwards.
A big, well made Ramayana that reaches international screens with global release does more for Hindu civilisational presence than a boycott calls. It puts the story in front of people who would never pick up Scriptures. It normalises the narrative. It creates the next generation of curious viewers. That is soft power.
Pop culture doesn’t convert people by shouting ideology. It works by making a civilisation’s stories desirable with epic scale, emotional stakes, visual spectacle, characters with depth. Hollywood, anime, and K-dramas didn’t win the world by making perfect propaganda; they made entertainment that people chose to consume. Once they do, curiosity about the source culture follows.
