Two things shrink the $WEXO supply at @WexoOfficial and they work differently.
The first is on a schedule.
Every month 3,541,053 WEXO is sent to a dead wallet, the same amount each time, until April 2028. Phase 1 targets 134,560,000 burned over 38 months.
It doesnβt depend on the market or on anyoneβs mood.
The second depends on people.
When users top up Fuel for better cashback on their regular shopping, part of that money buys WEXO on the open market and sends it to the same dead wallet.
That one only grows if usage grows.
I like seeing the two kept apart.
One is a fixed timetable.
The other is a result of real spending and Iβd rather judge it by what the burn tracker shows than by what anyone claims.

She kept pleading I said I will send her money back.
Not knowing this girl was trying to get an unknown person to find my location and take me away.
I was even pissed that I was stressed not knowing she was setting me up with some unknown guys and this girl was begging me to step out of the house that there is a package.

The payment is funded upfront and placed into escrow, connecting automated demand with real-world data collection.
The workflow has an important separation of steps:
