Too many coaches looking for recognition and not respect. Make sure you understand the difference between the two.

Most people aren't willing to pay the price of success.
Everyone wants success until they see the bill.
• Discipline over motivation
• Daily consistency
• Sacrifice over comfort
• Working with intention
You pay the price and choose to grow or you stay the same.

It reminds me of the James Franklin quote below.
"If your habits are good and strong, you're going to be very very successful."
Excellence is the habit and the daily mindset, not the destination.

Reminds me of Curt Cignetti talking about this universal truth about habits and consequences.
"In life - you got freedom of choice, but not freedom of consequence."
"First you form your habits, then your habits form you."
Every choice and action you take compounds. The small decisions you make daily - preparation, work ethic, and how you respond - those become your habits.
And over time, those habits become your identity.
You're free to choose. But the consequences of those choices aren't optional.
Your habits are shaping who you become.

Dang, I’m really starting to like Cignetti. I never did understand coaches bragging about working from 4 AM until 11 PM. Like, in what world is that healthy…or even necessary? Major props to Cig.
