Your heart actually leads your brain.
This notion that your brain is the CEO of your body is only true if you ignore the most important organ. The heart is the bridge between the spiritual and physical. You tune in by “feeling”.
Society has historically valued analytical thinking. Thankfully, AI is taking over. You have the chance of a lifetime to tune in to the more expansive parts of yourself by putting attention on your heart, not your brain, and choosing to feel elevated. You can create more from this place.

Use the more human aspects of yourself to serve others in the areas humans actually value.
People think meditating makes you tired. But it’s actually just lowering your stress.
If you’re “tired” from lack of stress, that means you’re zoinked out of your mind and unhealthy.
Get your heart coherent and regulate yourself.
It's not a maybe.
Democrats are the party of the cabal and will definitely cheat in the US midterm election.
There will be irregularities at polling stations.
They will need extra time to count the votes.
They attack and gaslight about cheating because they cheat every time.
You are really in control of how you feel in any given moment. Even the bad ones.
Emotional reactions are normal, but what’s not normal is living every moment in a reactionary state. Change it.
Change it by slowing your breath and choosing to feel gratitude/appreciation/peace etc. these feeling have an affect on your body.
Spiritual warfare.
I hate to be this cynical, but I’ll be honest…running for Mayor exposes you to things that make you believe the city is actually being overtaken by demonic energy. Drive south Fig at night. Go to 6th and San Pedro. You see children openly prostituting, drug zombies setting dogs and cats on fire, babies born to crackheads and tossed in a dumpster, dead people just lying in the streets…that’s not even to mention the dozen neighbors of ours who burned alive in what is now a crumbled hellscape.
Many times I wondered if the city’s problems weren’t beyond the reach of any politician’s capacity to actually fix. There is a cultural and spiritual rot that can’t be fixed at the ballot box. Until we fix the culture, we are kinda just rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic and the shit we shovel around every 4 years doesn’t really mean a thing.
This goes over most people’s heads
All the fairytales and bibles verses about your heart are true
It’s a muscle for your blood AND intuition. Train it with the intention of feeling gratitude then ask for an answer to a problem, you will know it soon.
When I look at health trends, I see two paths:
> Peptides and Surgery for all your aesthetic needs, little exercise
> Whole Foods and functional products that combine supplements into one package, lots of exercise.
I like the one with no knives and needles.
Had a 19 year old kid tell me today what I could do to build my business while he’s living in his dads house rent free alone for a year and also working at his dads business.
Doctors told him the nerves would grow back and reach his fingers in 2 years.
He did it in 9 months.
Never doubt the human body’s ability to heal. FOR ANYTHING!
Hey @grok,
In 1998 a 26 year old lost both arms in an accident. After 23 years he had a double arm transplant.
Does he have full use of his arms now?

Feds uncover millions in California homeless fraud.
While Sacramento, the county, and the city keep pouring your taxpayer money into a broken system, federal investigators are finally following the paper trail.
Thank you to News Nation at @newsnationnow, Brian Entin @brianentin, and Allison Hope Weiner @ahopeweiner for having me on to talk Santa Monica.

Billions.
Coach.
Literally any field that is centered on the human experience, physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally, this is a major gap in the market.
Religious folks already seek 1:1 time with church leaders. Fitness coaches are better than your AI workout plan. We are beginning to allow the computers to work "for" us, with that new paradigm, people will want more understanding of themselves. Trusting a human with your human problems and goals is irreplaceable.
That being said, if someone goes to a computer for a human problem, then they are not thinking autonomously. They are giving away their agency to a probability machine.
