Do I have any followers that are either serving female GMP officers or know of any with a tunic? Im attending a funeral and our stores are closed for 2 weeks for a stock take so cant help. I just need to borrow a skirt 🤞🏼

Ive basically written an essay in notes so far… 3221 words to be exact at the end of day 1 on @checkmatetrain crammer course 😴 Would HIGHLY reccommend this course to anyone in the future thinking of sitting any of the exams

I’m here at Hough End today on the #CrammerCourse with @checkmatetrain from Checkmate Training for the NIE exam. Very enjoyable so far and have bumped into an old friend from the Army who now works for the NCA and a few friendly faces ive not seen since Police training 🕵🏻‍♀️😊

After starting my new job ive been feeling so anxious which has been all consuming to the point im finding it hard to concerntrate/study for my exam. Has anyone else experienced imposter syndrome? Im really struggling with this atm and have become quite self deprecating 🤷🏻‍♀️

9 years ago today with With HRH The Dutchess of Gloucester recieving our Afghanistan medal. Pretty sure I wasnt meant to shake her hand but I went for it anyway 😅

First week in CID as a trainee Detective done. Back to feeling as though I know absolutely nothing and its day 1 all over again 😅 This week I attended a post mortem which I thought I would hate but found very interesting and had a gazzilion q’s for the Pathologist.

Thank you to my friend Ash for sending these to me to help with my studying for the NIE! She was my first mentor in the Army and became someone I have been inspired by and have gone to for advice over the 10+ years we’ve known each other because she’s an an absolute bad ass!

I think the only thing thats changed since 2015 is the addition of Kelloggs Rice Krispy bars! 😅

Finished my secondment at Force Headquarters right in time for Christmas leave🎄and am about to move into CID in the New Year Thank you to everyone who has helped me this year with advice and support. Got my head stuck in the books 📖revising for the NIE in March! Wish me luck

Today i’m at Stockport College with other @gmpolice colleagues talking to the year 10/11 students about our Level 3 and Level 4 Apprenticeships

We have only gone and got our blue lights 🚔 Most of us in this photo have waited nearly 3 years for this response driving course and what a fun 3 weeks it was! Obligatory team photo at the end….Gary’s driving skills are much better than his photography skills!!
