The saga started in September 2022, after the therapist ("Defendant" in this filed petition for disciplinary action) had been providing services to "Client A" for nearly a year. A cat ("Eve") was gifted to the client's daughter.
Aside: If this had been in PACER, I totally would have expected to see it in @SeamusHughes' CourtWatch.News
Did the 2008 Olympic Swimming trials in Omaha lead to significant reductions in the city's public school spending and student-teacher ratios? I need someone at @flatwaterfreep or @NE_Examiner to explain this just-published economics research paper to me.

Today's word of the day is "levitous," via a filing in a long-running federal case against the City of Omaha involving a protester injured by a police flashbang in 2020.

Just saw that there's plans for a new gas station on the SE corner of 72nd and Dodge, in the old Fuddruckers building.
Will be interesting to see how more in/out traffic will affect a corner that already features one of the most annoying parking lots in all of Omaha.
