Since you are at least claiming to be interested @RianCFFWhitton in my views on Jewish-Muslim relations, I will treat you to some more esoteric Judah philosophy.
My views view stem from the Mizrahi Jewish historical lens.
Muslims were always our neighbours. Not only that they will always be our neighbours either in the West or Israel. There has never been a Judah without a Muslim neighbour. The Judah lineage is not on and has never been on a timeline without Muslims since the 8th century.
We are destined to live together and an unflinching commitment to liberalism, constitutionalism, and rejection of terrorism and fundamentalism on either side is necessary to achieve that.
There is no alternative to that combined with my rather mainstream belief we need urgently a more robust approach to immigration in the West and action to preserve the pathway to a Two State Solution in the Middle East, the only longterm way to stop the necessity of Israel as a Jewish and democratic state turning into another failed one like Lebanon.
Anyone talking about mass expulsions in the West or in Israel is a complete idiot and a moral abomination with zero sense of history — especially my history.
Truss’ main achievement was to increase the price of UK sov risk v other G7 countries - the so called “moron risk premium”. That of course is why she failed to outlast the lettuce.
Heffer's review appears to be based on the assumption the Truss mini-Budget caused some kind of economic harm. He, & others discussing that issue, might benefit from reading this:europe-economics.com/wp-cont…
Unbelievably shallow!
The approval of Jackdaw is welcome news for the UK. But it won’t fix Britain’s energy system.
TBI expert @ToneLangengen explains why we need a fundamental reset to deliver cheaper, more secure power.

“It is not that those who believed oil would be $200 due to this conflict were wrong — it was just the choice of financial instrument that was incorrect."
Very interesting insight from Amrita Sen in the FT looking at the reasons for the divergence of oil product prices from crude prices. It's the former product prices that are driving inflation and bond yields.

I’m being named and shamed after being caught on camera saying racism is *bad*. This might be a first for a Tory conference.
This of course is utterly stupid. What kind of sovereignty of an absolute kind can you have within eg the UN, NATO. Turns out that because all states are interdependent even the US, sovereignty is always qualified. What do they teach at Oxford?
Didn’t know the US vs. France figure. Incredible how powerful a tool the Euro is in driving down those costs.
Just responding to Reform’s claims by show France vs Britain’s Net Migration figures over years. The Brexitwave of migration to the UK is what stands out. The UK had lower and better managed migration when it was inside the EU.
Rejoining the European Union could increase net migration by more than 200,000, according to analysis by Reform UK @Nigel_Farage @ZiaYusufUK @RobertJenrick @SuellaBraverman @CPhilpOfficial @ShabanaMahmood @migrationCtrl @MigObs @MigrationWatch @PoliceInspForum @DannyShawNews telegraph.co.uk/news/2026/10…
