People are easier to govern when their suffering is framed as a personal failure rather than a systemic problem.
Ningekua Na dooh ya research ningechannel into why Kambas stay alive for that long and why cancer is prevalent in Meru, Kakamega and south rift. Na pia to understand the effects of creatine and omega on the fish the Luos consume that's why many of them are skilled and smart.

Pornography and masturbation are connected to the spirit of delay and stagnation. A number of people who masturbate struggle to build something constructive in their lives. They keep losing in business and in almost everything they do.
That is how the devil has kept some people in a cage. They have dreams, visions, and great potential, but they remain trapped in cycles that keep them from moving forward.
Deal with masturbation and pornography. Break free from these habits and take your purity seriously. As you overcome these struggles, you can regain your focus, rebuild your discipline, and give your dreams the attention they deserve.
You cannot keep entertaining what is destroying your discipline and expect to build the life you desire.
The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 6:12, “I will not be brought under the power of any.”
You were not created to be a slave to your desires. You can break free through Christ Jesus!

I’m 46. Trust me on this: An overabundance of distraction creates a poverty of focus. To do great things, we must do fewer things.

Many remain trapped financially not because they don't earn but because 100% of their income goes into consumption.
Consumption helps you survive, Saving helps you prepare, and Investment helps you build wealth.
Take Sh 80,000 monthly net salary as an example.
Spend Sh 48,000 on rent, food, transport, and bills.
Save Sh 12,000 for emergencies and short-term needs.
Invest Sh 20,000 in quality NSE stocks consistently.
Here's the difference:
The Sh 48,000 spent has done its job and is gone.
The Sh 12,000 saved gives you peace of mind but barely stays ahead of inflation.
The Sh 20,000 invested in fundamentally strong companies like SCOM, EQTY, KEGN, or KENRE has the potential to generate dividends and compound in value over many years.

KPLC is trading at 1.7x earnings.
In plain terms: if profits held where they are, the company would earn its entire market value in under two years.
That's the cheapest counter on the NSE right now, and it isn't alone. Six stocks are trading below 5x earnings (annualized H1 EPS, prices as at 7 Oct):
• KPLC: 1.70x
• KCB Group: 4.00x
• DTB: 4.20x
• Jubilee: 4.20x
• Car & General: 4.40x
• Equity Group: 4.50x
Flip it into an earnings yield and the numbers get louder: Equity at 4.5x is a ~22% earnings yield. KPLC at 1.7x is ~59%.
But here's the part most people skip.
A low P/E is a question, not an answer. The market rarely leaves money this obvious on the table without a reason. Before you call any of these "undervalued," ask:
1. Are the earnings repeatable, or inflated by one-offs?
2. How much of that profit actually reaches you as dividends?
3. What's the balance sheet risk: debt, bad loans, regulatory exposure?
4. Can you actually buy and sell it without moving the price?
Some of these will turn out to be genuine mispricing. Others are cheap because they deserve to be. The job is telling them apart.
Which one would you be comfortable holding for five years?

Fellow citizens,
The Safari Rally stays home.
I am delighted to confirm that Kenya will host the WRC Safari Rally in 2027. Once again, the world's finest drivers will take on our plains, our valleys and the legendary roads of Naivasha.
The Safari was born on Kenyan soil. It belongs on Kenyan soil. Every edition fills our hotels, energises our businesses and carries the beauty of our country to screens across the world.
I thank the Ministry of Sports, the WRC Safari Rally Project, our private-sector partners, the FIA and the WRC Promoter for making this possible.
Tutaonana Naivasha!

You gotta be obsessed with upgrading your life. Not chasing people, not proving shit upgrading you. Pray, grind, heal, learn, unlearn, and elevate. Cut off what drains you, tighten up your circle, and stay locked in on the vision. Growth ain't optional if you want more. 100
