Shrewsbury Town are inviting supporters of both Salop and Gillingham to join together in a minute’s applause in the 58th minute of tomorrow’s fixture in memory of Richard Green. Richard, a talented centre-back who represented both clubs, sadly passed away earlier this month aged 58.

Ashley Vincent has been fined £250 for misconduct during Cheltenham Town’s EFL League Two fixture against Newport County on Saturday 24 October. It was alleged that the assistant coach used abusive and/or insulting words around the 50th minute of the match, leading to his dismissal. Ashley Vincent subsequently admitted the charge and accepted the standard penalty.

David Clough supported Rochdale his whole life, home and away. When he died in 2020, he left the club a large sum of money in his will. Now there's a statue of him in the exact spot where he sat for home games. He's still got his seat, and that's how it should be ❤️
