Fátima Báñez estaba sentada en el Consejo de Ministros en el año 2011 con el gobierno de Mariano Rajoy donde se aprobó reducir drásticamente el presupuesto en mantenimiento de infraestructuras ferroviarias y así ha seguido desde entonces.
Seguramente jamás pensó que moriría en un accidente ferroviario como consecuencia del deplorable estado de la red ferroviaria fruto de aquella decisión y su mantenimiento en el tiempo por los diferentes gobiernos. Hoy se encuentra entre las víctimas de la tragedia del accidente de Toledo.

Yesterday (Oct. 26) marked the 150th consecutive day that the Niño 3.4 sea surface temperature set a new record daily high, at 30.22°C (preliminary).
This was more than 1.13°C above the previous record daily high set in 2015, as well as a record 3.49°C above the 1991-2020 baseline.
