Always a pleasure to write for Spine's end of year roundup. This year, I got to write a very sappy blurb about Dragon's Dogma 2!

I have a LOT of thoughts about Dragon Age: The Veilguard. It was so many different things for me, and I won't soon forget it...for reasons both good and bad. My thoughts;

I wanted to do another best of and I decided to lump 2023 and 2024 together seeing as I missed last year. Please give it a read if you can!

It’s worth mentioning that studios hire fans all the time. I’ve interviewed dozens who worked hard to get jobs at their favorite studios. I myself followed a similar path.
The key is they hire the talented fans with drive, knowledge & ability.
As opposed to total dumbfucks.
I know this is clearly engagement bait like almost everything on this site these days, but it's just absurd how this is like asking someone to choose between free candy or getting kicked in the face three times
Very happy to have gotten the chance to write about Mass Effect. Head on over to Unwinnable and give it a read!
"Mass Effect 3 does something remarkable by affording those of us with the most grief to experience it alongside Commander Shepard."

I've been an Alien fan for as long as I can remember, and I finally got to see Alien: Romulus recently. While there is a lot to like about it, I was unfortunately very disappointed. Spoiler-filled "review" I guess you'd call it below;

We're taking a small hiatus from the Iceborne series while we deal with some personal stuff. Hopefully, we'll be back with more content next month!

We're aiming to have the next-and FINAL-episode up next week, so there's nothing new today, but this Velkhana episode is nice and bitesize for anyone in the mood for a quick Monster Hunter video.
This should be the last week without an episode, so why not check out a short and sweet episode where we take on the Iceborne Wyvern, Velkhana?
