You're thinkin' "Hmmmm.... Should I go to @onairfest ?" Both @catchatweetdown & I say YES! Why? To feed your audio brain. And, we'll both be there on stage digging into the narrator's voice, reporting, & Chenjerai's latest, Empire City. @prx @Transom_org onairfest.com/

"Welcome to radio church..." That's how I like to start a public listening event. On October 20, radio church will be in session in Berlin w/ @jasminbauomy Bauomy at an event for The Ecco. It's free but you need to RSVP. Amen. eventbrite.de/e/the-ecco-ses…
My good radio friends (& colleagues) in South Africa at @radioworkshop_ are visiting the U.S. in October. They've planned a few public events in Atlanta, NYC, and Richmond (Resonate Podcast Fest). They'd love to meet you. And, I KNOW you'd love to meet them. Here's where:
1/4 Bring your ears & your radio heart and let's talk craft & listen to stories together! I'm teaching several workshops in Europe and presenting at 3 events in Slovenia, Germany, & Denmark. When & where exactly? See below - and hope to see you at one (or all?!) of these events.
3/4 I'm told Engles Cafe in Berlin can get hot. I hope so -- with lots of radio freaks and a night of ear-catching audio stories on October 20. It's a listening event put on by @jasminbauomy for her new project "The Ecco." Event info here: eventbrite.de/e/the-ecco-ses…
4/4 I can get a bit woo woo about audio storytelling. Like my belief that we're playing w/ fire when we tell stories in sound. What do I mean? Find out, at "Radio Cinema" & my presentation dissecting audio stories at Audio Days in Copenhagen 10/24 & 25. audiodays.dk/
Friends from the States that travel in Europe.... What esim card company do you recommend? In advance, thanking you.
I'm pinchin' myself ovah heah (said with a Cape Cod accent)! I'm presenting at three audio events in Europe in October. Ljubljana (10/7), Berlin (10/20), and Copenhagen (10/24 & 25). I hope you can join me to listen and dissect ear-catching audio stories. Deets coming soon.

It's Monday. Jot this down at the top of your to-do list: Sign up for Rob's workshop "The Art of the Scene" @RadioCampNYC. radiobootcamp.org/classes/th…
I've got an ethics question for you... Would you score underneath a clip from a head of state at a press conference? Even if that clip wasn't there, we would probably score at this moment in the story. But, we may add a clip and I'm wondering if we shouldn't use music. Thoughts?
Radio friends in Europe.... Let's spend a dreamy radio week together at a workshop in... SLOVENIA! I'll be teaching with my partner @BrounSamantha and my radio brother at @RTV_Slovenija, @praprotnix. avdiofestival.si/workshop
