Tomorrow marks 25 years since terrorists tried to destroy our way of life. 9/11/01 was a day filled with many emotions. We witnessed the best this country has to offer, durning some of its darkest hours. Never forget those lost & forever honor them.

Early this morning, dad peacefully passed in his sleep and is now resting easy without pain. Grateful that I was able to be with him for his last days. For all of those with Dads who are still with them, pick up the phone today and tell them that you love them.
This week/all the time we honor our brother Nick by Living The Dream. This year marks 17 years since he was killed in Afghanistan and Q nails it. Nick taught us all, that no matter what, live the dream and be a positive influence on others. Semper Fi. youtu.be/a0vFFd8dJ-I?si=YLSg…
Let’s be honest, weak defensive lines have historically been a problem for France. #BreakOutTheWhiteFlag
Happy 250th Birthday to the greatest experiment in human history and cheers to another 250 more! Be safe and have a great 4th of July my friends.

#MemorialDay. It’s one of the few holidays about absence.
For many of us, the empty seats are real.
So call your buddies today, but don’t let today be the only day. The empty seats around us deserve more than just one day of remembrance.
#NeverForgotten #HonorTheFallen
Today, we honor and remember those who gave all for this great country. Celebrate by sharing their stories, spending time with friends & family, and having a cold beverage in their honor. Rest easy warriors and thank you. We all gave some, but you warriors gave all. Semper Fi.

Even greater off the ice.
One more chance to thank Ovi 🙌
These eight hockey fans got to meet with @Capitals legend Alex Ovechkin to give thanks for the impact he's had on their lives.
Only thing that has been as terrible at the Vikings stadium today besides the whole Washington team, the SKOL drum line. #WayTooManyWhiteBoys
The SKOL Vikings song after a TD brings back great memories when we would hear Hail to the Redskins with the band after TDs. We have to do something to recreate this with RFK 2.0. So cool and this stadium is incredible.
Happy 250th Birthday Marines! Greatest fight club in the world and ready to kick ass for another 250. To all my brothers, Semper Fi.
Unbelievable experience running the 50th USMC Marathon, my first marathon. Congrats to all runners and a huge thank you to all the volunteers and Marines who crushed it. Ran into a runner who was running in honor of LCpl Haerter from our unit and carried his coin to the finish.
This weekend we remember and honor those who gave the ultimate sacrifice. Tip a cold one back and be thankful for the warriors who gave all, so we can live the dream in the greatest country on earth. Rest easy warriors, til Valhalla.
It’s all about living in the arena, and being present.
