The golden age of the working class was 1950-1980 due to strong unions and high taxes on corps and the wealthy. Capitalists then enlisted Reagan to sell neo-liberalism, root cause of current problems. All due to him suffering from dementia and Nancy worried about becoming poor.

This is its story.

ALT The photo shows four people sitting around a table in what appears to be a donut shop, with shelves of donuts in the background. They are holding mugs with a "Mister Bag Donuts" logo, raising them as if in a toast. The table has a magazine, a plate with a donut, and a small pitcher, possibly of milk or cream. The individuals are dressed in casual, layered clothing, including plaid shirts, jackets, and hats. The setting has a cozy, retro vibe with red and beige tones.

Over priced prison cells, condo fees, taxes, special levies, high mortgages. Wonder why no one is buying…… but to be fair. I need to pay 10,000$ a year to live in my paid off house. 6400$ for taxes and 3600 for house insurance. Plus repairs.

People just kept on buying with a ridiculously false belief rents would increase massively & mortgage rates would be 2.49% forever
Buyers would snap up Pre-Con Condos at $1250 per sqft when Re-Sale Condos across the street were offered at $825 per sqft
WTF? It made no sense

The Buyers were turned down by their bank and were forced to take a huge mortgage rate
Rent on the unit is $2400 they lose $1800 every month
Or they could sell for a $75K loss, this Pre-Con unit was bought in 2018 & closed last January
A true financial disaster
