According to personal experience & related issues on ground, I guess workers/employees/assistants, tire at approximately 6mo of service. They don't tell you they're tired, but their ways of conduct changes to the opposite expected, what are your thoughts & experiences colleagues?

Childhood is funny, when I was young, and we happened to have a burial ceremony at the neighborhood, I would sleep scared, imagining the process of dyi*g and how it felt at the home of the deceased. Fear would stay in me for a couple of days. 😂💔
