UK property auctions are showing distinct regional trends across the country. According to research from @AuctionProperty and David Sandeman, Scotland achieved the UK's highest percentage increase in overall auction sales, jumping 46.7%. Meanwhile, in the South-East Home Counties, commercial auction sales surged by 47.5% with a 72.6% success rate. London also had a stellar quarter, with 778 sales raising £342.5 million.
