Xos Labs Labs is about to pull a huge web3 scam via token sale : be aware - do not participate
recently @xos_labs announced their X token sale starting sep 1 to sep 9
but the team has history of 15+ rugs since 2021 :
their pattern : launch > raise funds > rug > rebrand
Lets take a look at some of those past rugs :
1. LayerX rebranded to Xos Labs :
team raised 30 ETH by selling tickets and other scams they were known as LayerX
LayerX was also a rebrand from :
lineadomain
node_protocol
ethwind
chat3network
11 months ago they rebranded to Xos Labs and deleted all discord channels and old announcements
30 ETH they raised earlier were used for Xos ticket sale by using multiple wallets to buy their own product
2. Domain name scams :
this team previously focused on launching domain services on new chains promising airdrops
@ BnbNameService (.bnb) - launched june 2022 users bought domains and were scammed
the team deleted all posts and TG - rebranded to @ znsprotocol (.zksync) for ZKsync
ZNS protocol was their top tier scam mainly because of ZKsync hype
many users were actively engaging with anything within the Zksync ecosystem and some KOls like :
@ NDIDI_GRAM (aka Headboy) and @ bloomstarbms ( aka BMS) were shilling the rug
even ZachXBT openly called them out for shilling it :

around 330 ETH scammed in the name of Zns protocol were withdrawn to multiple wallet addresses and eventually deposited to centralized exchanges

In 2023 they raised 280 ETH in another IDO - no tokens were distributed to investors later deleted everything later rebranded to @ znocol 3 months ago

everywhere one wallet that was common to all above protocols and is linked to Xos right now :

this further confirms the same persons behind all of them
every rebrand above was a scam and they looted huge amounts everytime - so is Xos
team already changed the pre sale website :

new website - tokens.x.ink
I have all proofs of rest 10 rugs with complete sources and links available but it will be very lengthy to write all of them here - this should be enough though
this token sale will end in another rug pull - i highly advise to retweet or quote this so everyone will be cautious this time as the sale is ongoing
and at the end don't trust everything you see on CT even your idolos are paid to shill - if i expose them i might burn bridges but i will actively keep eyes on them

The malware swaps crypto addresses to steal funds.
Precautions to take:
🍥 Hardware wallet users
- Double check transactions before signing & you’re safe.
🍥 Software wallet users
- Avoid on-chain transactions until more is known.
🚨 There’s a large-scale supply chain attack in progress: the NPM account of a reputable developer has been compromised. The affected packages have already been downloaded over 1 billion times, meaning the entire JavaScript ecosystem may be at risk.
The malicious payload works by silently swapping crypto addresses on the fly to steal funds.
If you use a hardware wallet, pay attention to every transaction before signing and you're safe.
If you don’t use a hardware wallet, refrain from making any on-chain transactions for now.
It’s still unclear whether the attacker is also stealing seeds from software wallets directly at this stage.

honestly, i don't get current projects
especially their sideline from users who really deposits in pools and generate them a revenue
to the yappers...
in case, i'm not against yappers, since attention plays a big role too
but this model can't live for a long time
if nobody is going to deposit in pools
then project has only 1 profit model - token launch and speculation on it
that's why last year, we can see the next cycle:
attention -> launch -> dump -> growth -> fomo -> dump -> dead
attention ≠ revenue
what's the solution?
1. add on-chain activities as multiplier to get Kaito airdrops
2. make kaito launch more uniqueness
3. project should focus on revenue models, rathen than attention catch

the question: is it going to worth the stress lol, $MITO is been sold for $20M FDV on Binance alpha.
the most realistic price we will see at launch is x10 of that, putting the price at $0.2 per $MITO token.
say a person that got 1000 $MITO for instant claim, the value will be $200 at TGE.
but if he’s claiming enhanced reward, he’s tMITO is 2.5x of his original allo which = 2500 tMITO.
since tMITO will be equal to MITO at 1:1 after 6M, tMITO will be 40% or less at TGE.
40% of $0.2 is $0.08, $0.08 multiplied by 2500 is still $200 at mainnet.
but you still another 8000 $MITO which will be fully unlock after 6month, imagine if the price is down 80%, it would be complete waste of time.
it’s been 18 months on this p, it doesn’t make sense to me to still lock away the reward. Might be wrong though
