I’ve never known Ronaldo was this loved, both inside and outside football, until yesterday. The number of people who hate him had made me overlook just how vastly loved he is around the world. The kind of love, support, and kindness he received yesterday opened my eyes even more to the true extent of his greatness. The reason he’s considered the greatest of all time by so many people isn’t strictly because of football. It’s also because of how relatable his life lessons are and how he has inspired millions of us to become better people, both to others and to ourselves. His legacy will never die, both inside and outside football. 🐐
