I’m assuming LeBron wanted them to move a player/players, he assumed that the Cavs would do it to get him back home, for one reason or another it didn’t happen, and he decided to go to Philly after that.
No you’ve got it all wrong, he doesn’t actually want the ball in these moments!

Game 5 vs Detroit - Mobley scored the last 7 points the last 2 minutes of regulation to save the Cavs season and everyone memory holes this. Yeah he carried them to end a playoff game but he has no dog in him. basketball-reference.com/box…
“Both them bigs vanish in the postseason”
Game 5 vs the Raptors: Mobley had 23 & 9 on 13 shots. Mitchell had 19 on 17 shots. Cavs won by 5.
Game 6: Mobley had 26 and 14 on 15 shots. Mitchell had 24 on 26 shots. Lost by 2 in OT.
Game 7: Allen had 22 and 19 on 11 shots. Mitchell had 22 on 20. Cavs won by 12.
I swear Cavs fans don’t actually watch their own team play basketball anymore.
Just regurgitating whatever talking points they can to defend Mitchell no matter what’s *actually* happening on the court.
Again, who has it better than Donovan Mitchell?
you have to do too much to cater towards him
need a playfinishing big, elite playmaking pg that can scale down, POA wing and skilled 4
forget his glaring flaws in the PS, its just not feasible to build a roster around him when he should be a #2 but unwilling to be one
Surely this won’t impact their ability to get players to come there in free agency.
Notes on the Fever and their reputation within the WNBA, per @anniecostabile, @_Brian_Hamilton:
- An agent said clients regularly disable social media accounts before and after games against Indiana due to increase in toxic messages they say they received
- A different agent said clients have reported being called the N-word at Fever games "multiple times"; Fever say they have received no complaints about racial slurs from fans at home games
- Amber Cox plans to reach out to WNBA, WNBPA after Finals to tackle issue of player-fan dynamics

Ozai was never meant to be a sympathetic villain....he was the embodiment of imperialist fascism. The actual character complexity in ATLA came from Zuko, Azula, and Iroh. People confuse "simple evil" with bad writing.
He still needs to be extended so I feel a 2nd rounder is fair for Tuli’s services if the Chargers are actually willing to trade him.
No guarantee they’ll be in position to draft Stewart, so IF Tuli is made available for trade I think the Browns would be smart to be proactive, get him and extend him now.

Using points per game as a barometer of offensive skill completely misses out on effectiveness when given opportunities or areas when he can be effective. What happened in February of last year?
Allen isn't going to self create away from the bucket or be a perimeter threat but he's consistently shown soft hands, good finishing and good footwork when given opportunities in the post... yet why is that so limited?
Mobley isn't a static creator in the sense of a Brandon Ingram, and that will cap his offensive scoring ceiling until it changes, but it doesn't mean he can't create offense. Cavs ran inverted P&R successfully with him last year and he took a leap as a playmaker with a career high AST% and a career low TOV%. Put him in the short roll or operate out of the post and he's a good passer. If you're insistent on the guards being finishers and scorers, why also ask them to create and handle the offensive creation burden? Why not lean into others creating that, and creating offense in different ways?
The ironic part of all that is if Mobley averages another shot last year, he would have been a 20 ppg scorer. Can't do that if you're not proficient in some way offensively. Which all gets back to opportunity and usage.
Donovan Mitchell the only “top 10 player” in this league that doesn’t have top 10 players expectations.
His team’s failures are always someone else’s fault.
Luka Doncic and Jayson Tatum never get this much grace, and they’ve made a Finals and won a title.
Mitchell has been on *multiple* 60 win teams that have flamed out in the postseason, and the one time he made the Conference Finals it was the other guys on the team propelling him there.
Again, no “superstar” has it better than him lmfao

Lack of involvement is not always tied to lack of shots, and is an underlying issue — the way this team creates offense has a ceiling being guard centric.
JA has consistently shown if you get him involved he will produce. So why not get him involved?
It’s not just about what Mobley producing his own shots, it’s allowing him to be a handler, a hub to facilitate offense off of that — to create advantages for others and lift the burden off the way they create offense currently.
The Cavs are too easily disrupted, and how they create offense and thrown off, just by challenging the dribble and the touch. They do not do well in implementing their style of play consistently and are too consistently thrown off that style.
