A concerned citizen has drawn attention to the return of traders to the pavements at Lapaz, months after authorities carried out an exercise to clear the area.

Una cámara de seguridad captó el momento exacto en que un pastor belga malinois descansaba tranquilamente en el pasillo exterior de su casa durante la madrugada. Sin previo aviso, una serpiente de gran tamaño se desliza a través de la reja y se acerca sigilosamente a solo unos centímetros de él.
En una milésima de segundo, el perro detecta la presencia del reptil, reacciona de un salto esquivando cualquier posible ataque y de inmediato se pone en guardia para ladrar y alertar a su dueño, quien sale enseguida a revisar la situación.
