Exciting day! And the team is just getting started!
Today we're announcing @with_kiwi_ai: your GTM agent's data engineer.
Kiwi syncs your GTM stack into a data lake, shows the SQL behind every agent step, and turns every approval, edit, or decline into an eval. Backed by @ycombinator.

We’re betting our $5.5M seed round that the next leap in AI coding won’t come from OpenAI or Anthropic.
It’ll come from a new feedback loop that learns from you.
Introducing Beacon: open-source, self-improving memory for coding agents.
Your sessions capture how you debug and solve problems. Today, that context gets lost and you have to re-explain things every time you switch tools.
Beacon continuously distills your sessions into reusable skills across Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and 20+ harnesses, so your next agent can learn from the last.
Beacon is free and OSS 🌟 github.com/Asymptote-Labs/ag…
Why should the frontier labs be the only ones winning with your sessions?
You already did the work. Now let your coding agents learn from you.
Fleet week coinciding with SF tech week means I thought some company bought the blue angels to fly over SF until the 30th flyover and I realized they weren't flying as a tech ad
Excited to announce that I’m building Kiwi (@with_kiwi_ai) as part of the YC F26 batch!
Kiwi is the agent IDE for GTM teams. Build, test, and run AI agents through Kiwi, a platform that abstracts away the skill creation, updating, and maintenance work that is drowning teams of GTM engineers and operations teams today. DM me or reach out at trykiwi.now.
Excited to see the @indent launch! Cracked team 📈
Introducing @indent, one coworker for your whole company
Indent is a single agent that is built to work with every member of your team, simultaneously. Instead of every one setting up their own agents, use Indent to build one together.

I strongly believe that there will be a consolidation of roles in the coming years as execution becomes cheaper and decision making more valuable, so the consolidation of PM / FDE / eng into product architects makes a lot of sense to me.

One of the gaps I've seen in agent usage is that non-eng operators don't know how to exercise their deep familiarity/expertise because the chat interface as it exists today doesn't provide the knobs and levers that people need to tune workflows.
The longtail of FDE's at most AI companies today is to become super-powered product engineers. They can collate feedback across many customers to develop and improve products in the most effective ways, while maintaining empathy from witnessing customer pains.
