What if Web3 projects could measure the value of attention instead of simply counting impressions? That’s an interesting problem @0xhazels is working to solve. Through Social Score, creator campaigns and verified contributions, Hazels aims to build a system where influence is measured more meaningfully. The logic is simple: → Projects need authentic engagement, not empty numbers. → Creators need recognition for the value they bring. → Communities need incentives to participate beyond speculation. If these three elements can work together, creator marketing could become more transparent, measurable and efficient. The real opportunity isnt just rewarding content. It’s building a better connection between attention, contribution, and value. Keep an eye on Hazels. 👀

🚨 Galaxy says Bitcoin’s bear market likely ended in June, with BTC now entering an accumulation phase. According to Alex Thorn, BTC reclaiming its 50 week moving average, declining speculative positioning and renewed ETF demand support the bullish case. Spot Bitcoin ETFs have added 87,000 BTC since the June lows. Rising U.S. debt, persistent deficits, and increasing interest costs could further strengthen Bitcoin’s long term appeal. However, a weekly close below $76,540 followed by a failure to recover within a month would challenge Galaxy’s thesis. “Now is the time to add to BTC and hold,” Thorn says. Is Bitcoin preparing for its next major rally? 👀

Web3 has an attention problem. 👀 Too many projects chase impressions, while the real value lies in who is paying attention, who is contributing and who is building genuine community engagement. That’s where @0xhazels comes in. Hazels is building a creator focused ecosystem designed to make attention measurable and contributions more meaningful through Social Score, campaign based tasks and verified participation. Instead of treating every interaction equally, the goal is to connect creator influence with measurable contribution. With the Hazels Studio Waitlist campaign offering a reported 7,500 USDT reward pool for the first 100 creators, there’s a clear incentive to get involved early. The bigger picture is what matters: if Web3 can measure attention more effectively, it can allocate marketing budgets more intelligently and reward creators based on actual contribution rather than vanity metrics. The next phase of Web3 growth won’t be just about getting more eyes on a project. It will be about earning the right attention.

🇰🇷 South Korea is considering delaying its crypto capital gains tax until 2029, marking a potential fourth postponement. The main concern? Unequal tax enforcement. The US isn’t expected to begin sharing crypto transaction data internationally until 2029, making it harder for South Korean authorities to track overseas trading activity. Under current rules, crypto gains above a ₩2.5 million annual exemption would face a 20% tax, rising to 22% including local income tax. 🇯🇵 South Korea, Japan and the UK are scheduled to begin exchanging crypto tax data in 2027, while Singapore, Switzerland and Hong Kong are expected to follow in 2028. A final decision could come in early December, but parliamentary approval would be required. The bigger question: Can governments enforce crypto taxes fairly when global data sharing rules aren’t aligned? 👀

You have swapped, staked and bridged on DeFi, and every one of those worked because the contract only needed numbers already sitting on chain. The moment it needs a fact from outside, someone has to hand it that fact. One hand, one feed, and that is where your funds get decided. @GenLayer's Intelligent Contracts remove that hand. The contract is written in Python and can load a live web page itself, then ask a language model a plain question about it. What stuck with me is the obvious worry: a model can be wrong too. So the contract does not lean on one. One validator proposes the verdict. The others run the same contract with their own models and the result only counts if they reach the same answer. If they do not, a new leader tries again. If you disagree with the outcome, you can appeal and more validators review it. With no appeal, the result is final and the funds move. I think that checking step is what makes this believable, more than the AI part. If a contract can read the real world, who should double check it: more models, more people, or both?
Smart contracts need someone outside to tell them what happened. That's where decentralization ends. Intelligent Contracts go and check for themselves.

Around 11.1 million $BTC or roughly 55% of Bitcoin’s total mined supply of 20.1 million coins, sits in wallets that Galaxy Research cannot attribute to any known exchange, fund, government or other identified entity. Despite growing institutional adoption, individuals may still control a significant share of Bitcoin through self custody. Galaxy Research head Alex Thorn argues that the data highlights a key feature of Bitcoin: more than half of its supply remains in addresses without a known owner. However, the figure doesn’t necessarily represent active individual holders. It may also include lost coins, unidentified institutional holdings, early mined BTC, and assets spread across complex custody arrangements. The remaining 45% includes known holdings linked to exchanges, spot Bitcoin ETFs, the U.S. government, and early miners. Galaxy separately tracks approximately 1.12 million BTC attributed to the Patoshi mining pattern associated with Bitcoin’s creator, Satoshi Nakamoto. The bigger picture? Bitcoin may be attracting Wall Street, but its ownership landscape remains remarkably opaque. Institutions are entering the market, yet a huge portion of Bitcoin’s supply remains beyond clearly identified ownership.

The future of Web3 isnt just about owning digital assets. Its about what you can build, create and contribute to an ecosystem. 👀 This is where @0xhazels stands out. With Hazels Studio, creators have a place to participate in campaigns, share their content and build their presence through meaningful contributions. The ecosystem also connects digital collectibles, community engagement and AI driven innovation through initiatives like Pulse, Drops and Azura SI. What makes this approach interesting is the combination of creative IP and creator participation. Hazels is working toward an ecosystem where the community can do more than simply watch from the sidelines. As the project continues to develop, the real question is how these different products will come together and create lasting value for creators and collectors. I’m keeping an eye on Hazels and its next steps. The evolution of this ecosystem will be worth watching.

Hazels is building an ecosystem that goes far beyond digital collectibles. By bringing together NFTs, creator campaigns, community engagement and AI powered innovation, @0xhazels is exploring new ways for people to participate in and contribute to a growing digital universe. Through Hazels Studio, creators can take part in campaigns, publish content, complete tasks and build their presence within the ecosystem. Pulse introduces new opportunities for creators to collaborate with projects, while Drops focuses on digital collectible launches and community access. The ecosystem also extends into Azura SI, reflecting Hazels’ broader vision of combining AI and digital experiences. Alongside its anime-inspired IP, the project is exploring opportunities that connect digital ownership with physical collectibles and future products. What makes this approach interesting is the focus on community participation. Instead of simply holding an NFT, users can explore different ways to contribute, engage and potentially access new opportunities as the ecosystem develops. Hazels is bringing multiple ideas under one roof and it will be interesting to see how these products evolve and connect over time. The journey is just getting started.

Franklin Templeton has added approximately $150 million worth of shares from its tokenized money market fund, sgBENJI, to the XRP Ledger. With this move, the total amount of sgBENJI on the network has reached nearly 193 million shares, bringing its value to approximately $200 million based on the recorded transaction price. One detail stands out: all shares are held in a single wallet. This wallet shares the same eight signing addresses as Franklin Templeton’s issuing account. However, it remains unclear whether the wallet represents a single investor or multiple clients. sgBENJI represents tokenized shares in a fund that invests in short term U.S. dollar debt instruments and money market assets. However, the issuer retains control mechanisms that allow it to approve, freeze, or recover tokens. As the tokenization of real world assets continues to gain momentum, this expansion on the XRP Ledger highlights growing institutional interest in blockchain based financial infrastructure. But there is an important distinction: Growth in token supply does not necessarily mean growth in the number of investors or broader adoption.
