Update: EU name reservation is live, so if you were waiting on the delay, it's worth trying again. NA still opens at 1:00 PM Pacific per Blizzard support, which is 4:00 PM Eastern and 9:00 PM in Paris.

I just smashed my monitor in front of 30 guests at my name reservation party because of Blizzard. My wife just took our crying kids and said they’re all spending the week at a hotel.
