As both the eye-service pilgrimage and the Muslim/Muslim ticket have failed to move his numbers, Tinubu has now turned to Northern Christians.
A bit shameful that not one of them could ask why he didn’t find any of them worthy to run with but chose a Northern Muslim instead.
General TY Danjuma led Middle Belt and North Central leaders to visit President Tinubu at the Presidential Villa on Friday. Others at the meeting were Minister of Defense,Gen. Christopher Musa, Plateau State Governor, Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, Thomas Etuh,Former Speaker of House of Representative,Hon Yakubu Dogara,Gen. It’s Déjà vu Again and We Are On The Ballot!
Once public trust in judicial neutrality erodes, legitimacy collapses and all targeted parties like @ADCNig will treat such rulings as non-binding and proceed our business as usual
In @atiku latest memo, he reiterates his resolve to uphold and exercise his democratic privilege of voting and be voted for, regardless of the federal executive and judicial overreach attempting to steal the 2027 presidential elections
For @atiku , this terrain is not unfamiliar, it is not uncharted waters for him as fighting pseudo dictators and actual dictators has been his natural habitat throughout his political journey
First is his resilience in fighting the Abacha regime together with his political mentor and business partner Shehu Yar’Adua, where both paid costly prices in their fight for democracy. While Shehu was imprisoned by Abacha till he ultimately lost his life, Atiku narrowly escaped with his life, even as the business he co-founded with Shehu NICOTES was siezed, stripped off all financial interests and renamed to INTELS by Abacha in 1996
Shortly after that, Atiku was at it again. In the twilight of the second term of Obasanjo/Atiku admin, Obasanjo the man from Abeokuta, in trying to become a lifetime president met a road block in a well rounded democrat Atiku who resisted this attempt by rallying like minded people to truncate the process and sustain the fourth republic democracy we manage today
Now it is 2026 and Atiku is at it again. As @officialABAT explores every means possible to undemocratically foist himself on Nigerians, he has just one problem, the Atiku problem. With his surging acceptability, the die seems cast and Atiku looks unstoppable by the day. He can’t be stopped from flying the @ADCNig banner and he can’t be stopped from winning the 2027 presidential elections based on present realities
Hence the clumsy attempt to disqualify ADC through the court using judicial contractors is nothing but hilarious
As inferred by @atiku in his recent statement, all illegitimate, anti-democratic rulings are non-binding and will be blatantly ignored from now till election day by himself and all his supporters. Just as the then unpopular GEJ couldn’t disqualify his main challenger Buhari on certificate requirements, the unpopular Tinubu will likewise fail and lose the election too
It’s Déjà vu again and the elements of the 2015 presidential elections is before us Nigerians again, and the outcome will be no different
BOLA CANNOT USE THE COURTS TO ESCAPE THE PEOPLE’S VERDICT; WE ARE ON THE BALLOT — ATIKU
Fellow Nigerians,
Let no one mistake the latest court ruling for the will of the Nigerian people. No manipulation, conjecture or concoction can erase our place in this contest, silence our campaign or deny Nigerians the right to choose their future. We are on the ballot, and the people must be allowed to decide.
Those who boast of having thirty-two governors and claim to have bought, pressured or coerced leaders from other parties into their fold should have no reason to fear a free and fair contest. Yet, instead of presenting their record to Nigerians, they continue to deploy every tactic available to weaken the opposition: political pressure, manufactured narratives, courtroom manoeuvres and attempts to compromise the voters’ register with AI-generated photographs, false names and fictitious identities. These are not the actions of people confident in their record. They are calculated attempts to make genuine competition impossible and push Nigeria towards a one-party state.
And what record do they have to defend? This government removed the fuel subsidy overnight without a plan to protect Nigerians. It presided over the steep decline of the naira and allowed food prices to rise beyond the reach of ordinary families. Factories and small businesses have shut their doors. Our young people are leaving in search of hope, while bandits and kidnappers continue to hold communities hostage.
Look around you. Market stalls stand empty. Feeding your family has become a daily struggle. Fuel prices keep rising, and silent pain fills homes across the country. Those in power may want you to believe that your suffering does not matter. They may want you to surrender your future before you even reach the ballot box. Do not lose heart. Do not retreat. Your vote is your power, and together, we will take our country back.
Let me be clear to every Nigerian who has stood with us: I am in this race. I am not going anywhere. We will be on the ballot. No threat, blackmail or court manoeuvre will make me abandon you or the cause we share.
We will resist with all our strength every attempt to turn Nigeria into a one-party state. Nigeria belongs to all its people. Our democracy must remain open to more than one party and more than one voice. If those in power believe in their numbers and their record, let us meet at the polls in a free, fair and credible contest.
Our campaign will continue. Our message on the cost of living will not be silenced or derailed. Stay calm, united and resolute. Together, we will fight for a Nigeria where life is affordable and every citizen’s vote counts.
Let me say this plainly: Bola cannot use the courts to escape the judgment of Nigerians at the ballot box.

Bola Tinubu Weaponisation of Religion For Re-Election
The photo in circulation attributed to a visitation of Middle Belt leaders is not actually a gathering of Middle Belt leaders, but a gathering of Northern Christian leaders
Yakubu Dogara is from the far North-Eastern state of Bauchi and Ishaya Bamaiyi is from the far North-Western state of Kebbi. These are not Middle Belt territories. How come no Muslim is amongst these so called ‘Middle Belt’ leaders even when there are Muslims in the Middle Belt. Let’s be clear, what these men in this photo have in common is their shared faith in Christianity
We in the ADC hereby condemn the weaponisation of religion against any rival candidate for the political benefit of @officialABAT or any other candidate
@ADCNig also advises the Middle Belt leadership to distance themselves from any attempts to use their forum and banner in masking this kind of toxic religious weaponisation in our politics
Running on a Muslim Muslim ticket is already an attempt to weaponise Islam, extending it to Christianity is a blatant disregard for people’s faith and is condemnable
We hereby call on all Northern Christian leaders and Middle Belt leaders to lend their voices in their refusal to be used as tools in this evil political plot aimed at tearing our already fractured union or subjugating their fellow countrymen and women for political incentives and benefits
If Bola desperately wants to get reelected, then he must find other non-toxic approach
