Rewatched Godzilla 84 (not return) on discord last night after so many years. This is honestly such an underrated film in the fandom. The cinematography? Outstanding. Godzilla’s characterization? Beautiful. Story? Great. I’d say it’s in top 5 best Godzilla films. 9.7/10.

My only fault with this film is the beginning of the plot. It introduces the giant sea louse and it’s just sorta. Never brought up again. Thought it could’ve gone without that. Other than that this movie is great.
