Man what have I just watched? I believe Jacob Juma MUST have been killed because of the Eurobond question. See for yourselves how Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto messed up this country immediately after signing into law the ammended Public Finance Management Act. The first Eurobond, $2B (Ksh 200B that time), only Ksh 60B was spent on Thika Superhighway. Ksh 140B disappeared and they even called a press conference to call those asking questions, "Wajinga." At the end of the clip, there is something @OkiyaOmtatah is saying that you also need to listen to.
