Celestia built a garden where AI agents launch memecoins and trade each other's narratives. Humans, not to be outdone, did the same thing with TIA.
Eden went live today: an EVM chain on Celestia, one sequencer, TIA as gas. Officially it's a "sandbox for agentic commerce." First tenant is bot.fun, a closed beta where bots launch coins on bonding curves and pay for their own inference onchain via x402.
TIA: roughly +30% on the day, near $0.69. Small detail: that move was already on the board in an 11:00 UTC snapshot. Eden was announced at 11:20.
Now the autopsy. bot.fun's protocol cut of fees is burned in TIA, which is the right instinct. Over the last 30 days it burned about $841 (DefiLlama). Celestia's own network fees over 30 days: ~$2.7K, with daily blob data sliding from 2.77B to 2.05B bytes since mid-September (The Defiant).
So the narrative added nine figures. The burn added lunch money.
Being the gas token is demand, technically. Agents have to hold TIA to move. But bots trading bot coins in a single-sequencer sandbox is a demo, not a cash flow. TIA accrues when blobspace gets bought, and that line is pointing the other way.
Winners: whoever was long before breakfast. Holding the bag: anyone pricing in agent GDP from a closed beta.
Is agentic commerce Celestia's demand engine, or just the newest way to pay for a narrative?

The Recall Foundation is shutting down and plans to burn 35.86% of base:0x1f16e03c1a5908818f47f6ee7bb16690b40d0671 supply. Finally, a burn with a clear formula: everything the Foundation owns.
Follow the Value:
358.6M RECALL headed to the dead address. Treasury, ecosystem reserves, unlocked wallets, market-maker loans. All of it.
About $3.7M in stables and fiat left.
$3.45M to creditors and vendors.
$200K to lawyers and liquidators.
$50K for contingencies.
Estimated remaining balance: $0.
Holders get the burn. Creditors get the cash.
Value did reach someone. It just wasn't the token.
To be fair, they did it straight. No hack, no "migration," no new token. Unstaking cooldown cut to zero, so you can leave faster than you arrived.
Still, "deflationary" hits different when the issuer is the one leaving.
If a treasury can pay every vendor in full and holders exactly nothing, was the token ever a claim on anything?

Calamity is going full open-world MMO, and it's funding it the indie way. "No VCs." Just you, at 43 USDC a Factory.
Follow the Value:
9,999 Factory NFTs. 4,223 minted as of Oct 29.
Each one gets a house, a level 1-10 starter kit, and 1,375 $WYRM at a TGE with no date.
Sell more, unlock more. Spider mount at 6,000. Home rental at 9,000. The Engineer profession only if all 9,999 go. Goals not reached don't ship.
That's not a mint. That's a feature list with a progress bar.
To be fair, the economy is cleaner than most. Gold is 100 to 1 USDC and never drops from monsters. Monsters pay in Bronze, which can't leave the game. Money comes in through one door, the grind stays inside, and profits are slated for $WYRM buybacks and burns.
But the beta resets, earlier heroes don't carry over, and the roadmap has no dates.
Skipping VCs doesn't remove the investors. It just removes the term sheet.
Who's really the VC here: the Factory holders, or the players buying Gold?

Gigaverse is turning its factories into a museum. Admission is paid in factories.
Giga Legends, the new flagship Ethereum collection: no allowlist, no public sale. Nov 16 to Dec 1, the only way in is conversion.
GLHFers: airdropped 1:1 as Legends, art kept.
ROMs (Abstract): burned for points. 24 points per Legend. A Silver ROM is worth 3. A Void is worth 36.
So one Legend takes eight Silvers. Group project.
The market did the math fast.
ROM floor down 42% in 24 hours to ~0.027 ETH. Volume up 2,000%+. GLHFers down 23%.
Eight cheap ROMs (~0.22 ETH) now cost about the same as one GLHFer (~0.24 ETH). Arbitrage, but in pixel art.
Follow the Value:
ROMs were sold as resource factories. Legends earn no yield, pitched as "purely collector-grade."
Fixed supply, no more collections, and the team skipped rewarding players and partners because it "would just dilute the conversion for our holders." Credit where due.
But the yield didn't make the trip. Only the JPEG did.
Winners: GLHFer holders and whoever sweeps the panicked Silvers.
Holding the bag: anyone who paid factory prices and now owns 3 points.
Leftover points go to gacha machines. Naturally.
Most honest NFT model in gaming, or a nicer way to say the factory stopped paying?

Just finished the token autopsy of Xan project known as ANOMA.
This is a sample of what we found regarding the tokens relationship to its ecosystem. Full disclosure I own a very small amount of this coin It's a big reason why I was excited to do this token autopsy.
I feel like me and the Anoma team need to talk! There are a lot of unanswered questions.
Will put my full token autopsy of this project in the comments as soon as I'm done being live!

Polymarket will price the odds on almost anything. Nobody opened a market on the website speed tracker.
Today a compromised script from DebugBear, a page-performance monitoring vendor, loaded on Polymarket's international site. It didn't need your seed phrase. It found your logged-in trading session, sold positions, and shipped the funds to a hard-coded address.
~$2.7M out, mostly swapped into POL.
Trading paused about an hour. US platform untouched.
Polymarket says everyone hit gets made whole.

The attacker got the liquidity. Polymarket's balance sheet gets the bill. Users got a free lesson in what "self-custody" means when the frontend can sign for you.
Your keys, your coins. Their analytics vendor, your problem.
How many third-party scripts are running in the tab where you trade right now?

Play-to-earn has a new subgenre: pay-to-be-allowed-to-earn.
RaidLords on Robinhood Chain. Build a village, raid other villages, sell the gold for $RAID. Opened to everyone Oct 27.
The exit rules, per the team:
- Hold at least 5,000 $RAID in your wallet for 24 hours before you can withdraw. It's anti-bot. Bots, famously, can't buy tokens.
- Your daily cash-out limit scales with your Royal Mint level and how much you've spent.
- Full limit until you've taken out 1x what you put in. Half until 2x. 20% until 3x.
Their own example: spend $12, "ROI in 2 days," then "profits up to x3 = $36."
Follow the value. The 7-day buyback (0.5+ ETH a day) doesn't burn RAID. It goes into the reward vault to pay players again. Demand comes from the hold gate and in-game spending. Supply comes from everyone selling gold.
Credit where due: a capped, oracle-priced payout is more honest than a promised APY. It's also a design where your deposit is the product and the raids are the loading screen.
Early lords who hit 1x fast win. Whoever bought 5,000 RAID just to unlock the exit is holding it.
Is a 3x cap smart anti-bot design, or a mint with a game attached?

Kepithor built a staking program with no staking, no yield and no emissions. Just a punch card.
KEPI Holder Rewards went live Oct 28 on BNB Chain. Sign a message, keep KEPI in your wallet, earn points. 1,000 KEPI = 1 point a day. KEPI in the KEPI/USDT PancakeSwap V2 pool earns 10x.
Holdings from before you enroll don't count. Unclaimed points expire after 30 days, so loyalty now comes with homework.
What points buy: card packs, Enjin NFTs, and Premium discounts in Royal Rampage, Kingdom Karnage and Enjium.
The top tier:
75% off Premium costs 45,000 points. A $4 Premium becomes $1, paid in KEPI.
At ~$0.0024 a KEPI, earning that in a month means parking ~$3,500 of KEPI in a wallet. Or ~$700 in the LP.
Three dollars off. Coupon clipping has rarely needed this much capital.
Follow the Value:
Points pay out in packs, discounts and NFTs. Not KEPI. The studio pays in pixels it makes in-house, and nobody gets diluted. Credit where due.
Discounts settle in KEPI, so there's a small sink.
But the real ask is the 10x. That pool holds ~$72K with ~$224 of daily volume. This isn't a rewards program, it's a liquidity drive paid in card packs.
Holders get a coupon book. The studio gets liquidity at wholesale.
Honest tokenomics, or a loyalty card with a chart attached?

Rare governance sighting: stakers voting to switch off their own yield.
Akash Prop 346 is tracking 98.1% yes on 63.9% turnout (vote closes Nov 2). It moves AKT to Solana 1:1 as an SPL token through a one-way, two-year portal. No path back.
Follow the Value:
Old-chain inflation and staking rewards end at cutover. The ~100 validators lose the job entirely 90 days later.
Akash stops paying for a chain it doesn't use. Marketplace network fees on Solana: ~0.075 SOL a day.
What replaces staking? "New mechanisms" are promised before cutover. The emissions curve is still listed as open.
Right call on costs. But a token that no longer secures anything has to earn its keep from compute demand.
Cheaper chain, sure. Clearer token?

"No-loss raffle" is a great name. The terms read more like "no loss of token count."
Moku's Pupkins Gen 0 mint: 15,000 robinhood:0x42afa2124ca5a2b83898e46b2da9a190995b1e18 per ticket, no cap per wallet. Win a box of 2 Pupkins, or get your SCHIFFY back.
Per Jihoz, 11,842 tickets so far. That's 177.63M SCHIFFY, 17.9% of total supply, chasing 1,800 boxes. About 6.6 tickets per box. A lottery with extra steps.
The fine print:
- The SCHIFFY you pay "becomes ours." Not a deposit.
- Refunds open after the draw, once the vault "holds enough SCHIFFY to pay for every TICKET still out."
- You get back the same number of tokens, not the same value.
- In between, a second chance shop with capsule and claw machines. Tickets spent there don't come back.
Follow the value. Odds are weighted 70% on ticket count, 15% on buying early, 15% on Moki and SCHIFFY holdings. The boxes tilt toward whales and Moki holders. Moku gets a week of locked supply and a treasury full of float.
Everyone else gets their tokens back after the Nov 2 close, at whatever SCHIFFY is worth when roughly 15% of supply becomes withdrawable at once.
Supply sink, or a waiting room with a claw machine?

GMX found the rare staking product that pays nothing today and is hard to leave. Hotel California, now with esGMX.
As of today, unstaking GMX or esGMX on Arbitrum and Avalanche means filing a request and waiting 180 days. Existing positions included. Announced Oct 21, live a week later, no vote on the schedule.
What the patience buys:
Rewards have been "accumulating" in the Treasury since March. 27% of fees buy GMX, paid out to stakers when GMX hits $90. It trades around $8.80.
Unstake more than 20% of your peak and the 80% rule wipes your accumulated rewards.
The sweetener: Solana-side revenue left after GT buybacks now buys GMX for the staking pool. GT already eats 99% of those fees. Per a GMX contributor, round one is the 1% LPs used to get.
Follow the Value:
The buyback is real. The payout is a price target. The lock is a contract.
Every holder gets the supply squeeze. Only stakers get the six-month notice period.
Locking up the people who already stayed is a strange way to say thanks.
Is a 180-day exit queue loyalty, or just a smaller door?

PancakeSwap generates $188M/year in fees, killed off veCAKE dilution, cut its hard cap to 400M, and just logged 37 straight months of net CAKE supply reduction.

Osmosis just tried the one yield strategy Cosmos kept avoiding: paying stakers with actual revenue.
Proposal 1053 passed with 91% yes and 65% turnout. The money printer is off. The first epoch after passage minted zero OSMO, down from ~91K a day.
The 51.9M OSMO still sitting in developer vesting is frozen too. Want it unlocked? Ask the voters.
Follow the Value:
Staking rewards now come only from taker and transaction fees.
The ~2% APR that issuance paid is "mostly replaced" by ~1.7% from a bigger taker-fee share (Prop 1052).
Stakers take a small pay cut. Holders who never staked stop getting diluted.
That's the honest version of tokenomics. It's also the version you adopt after the token is down 99% from its high.
The market cheered: OSMO +19% in a day. The real test is whether ~$11M of TVL throws off enough fees to keep validators interested once the subsidy is gone.
Real yield, or just less fake yield?

Farming Season found play-to-earn's oldest crop rotation: plant dollars, harvest tokens, fertilize with announcements.
The Robinhood Chain pixel farm hit 20,000 farms in two weeks. $1 of ETH to enter. Rewards priced in dollars, paid in robinhood:0xea0071a8778fa02c12378e88868255e0e0952be6 from one fixed reward pool.
Then the price "dropped hard." When the token falls, dollar rewards cost more tokens. Per the team, the pool would have been empty within days.
This week's fixes:
- Every reward now paid at a reduced share so the pool never empties
- Spend $10, get $6 of credit that tops your earnings back up to 100%
- 20% off upgrades, each with a payback timer
- Withdrawals now start at Town Hall Lv 2
- Burns pause while the payout share sits below 50%
The bots are real: 6,800+ farms frozen, 7M+ SEASON clawed back. Fair.
But follow the value. The pool fills from player spending, daily buybacks and frozen cheaters. It drains to players cashing out. The answer to "spending stopped paying back" is a discount on spending more.
Meanwhile the top 100 X creators split $500 in SEASON a day. Which explains your timeline.
