Meet Haunted Index , where stocks meet DeFi and you control the market.
Built for @vibevibefun 's Haunt the Chain challenge, Haunted Index is an interactive, onchain stock index running on Robinhood Chain Testnet.

Think of it as a playable ETF with a few twists.
📊 5 Stocks, 1 Index
Deposit TSLA, AMZN, PLTR, NFLX, or AMD and receive $HAUNT5, representing your share of the entire basket. Redeem anytime to receive your proportional share of all five stocks.
📈 Live Dashboard
Track NAV, TVL, stock prices, portfolio allocation, vault balances, and historical candlestick charts, with onchain data refreshing every 8 seconds.
🍬 Treat Drops
Anyone can contribute stock tokens as rewards, distributed proportionally to $HAUNT5 holders and claimable anytime.
👻 Haunt the Market
Trigger random simulated price movements of up to ±5% across all five stocks. Every haunt is recorded onchain and updates the charts.
⚡ $HAUNT Utility
Holding at least 1 $HAUNT unlocks the Haunter perk, reducing your haunt cooldown from 5 minutes to just 1 minute. That's 5× more opportunities to influence the simulated market.
🔐 Easy Access
Sign in with Google or email through Privy. No wallet extension required.
🛠 Under the Hood
Solidity smart contracts, an onchain vault, simulated price oracle, automated reward distribution, and 54 passing tests.
Everything runs on testnet, using simulated stock prices and tokens with no real monetary value.
I wanted to build more than a dashboard. Something people could actually interact with, experiment on, and have fun using.
THE BEST STABLECOIN PRODUCT MAY NOT FEEL LIKE CRYPTO AT ALL
Crypto has spent years trying to make users understand wallets, chains, bridges and addresses.
But maybe that’s the wrong goal.
Most people don’t care what infrastructure sits underneath a payment. They care that money arrives quickly, the experience feels familiar, and everything works.
That’s one reason Seismic’s approach stands out to me.
With virtual accounts, a user can receive money through familiar bank details while stablecoins handle the onchain side behind the scenes. Businesses can connect traditional payment rails with stablecoin settlement without forcing every customer to become a crypto expert.
That changes the UX completely.
The user sees an account.
The business sees programmable money.
The infrastructure handles the complexity.
And privacy still remains part of the design instead of being sacrificed for convenience.
I think this is where stablecoins become much more interesting: not when everyone learns how crypto works, but when crypto becomes invisible enough that they don’t need to.
That’s the kind of direction @SeismicSys is building toward.

What if NFT auctions were truly private? 🟨
@FungoLabs is making it happen with zama's FHE technology
Genesis NFTs launch Nov 5
→ 500 free mints for whitelist holders
→ 2,500 NFTs through encrypted bidding
→ Bid prices and quantities stay hidden
→ All winners pay the same final price
→ Excess funds are refunded
And the best part? Even the NFT artwork can remain private until you choose to reveal it
This is FHE going beyond theory into real utility .
Seismic has a quiet confidence to it.
No need to make everything visible. No need to make privacy complicated. Just protect what matters, reveal what’s necessary, and keep building.
Sometimes the strongest systems are the ones that know exactly what to keep behind the shield.
@SeismicSys @NoxxW3 @heathcliff_eth
The smartest wallets took profits. The weakest ones stayed fully long.
I was digging through @SurfAIHQ Smart Money and PENDRA looked bullish at first:
9 net buyers
9 KOL calls
7 Proven wallets
+$951 net inflow
But the deeper wallet data told a very different story.
Across 14 tracked wallets, total gross buying was only around $5.2K.
Average ticket size: $384
Largest buy: $871
And within four days, roughly 82% of the deployed capital had already been recycled back out.
That alone made the “consensus” look much weaker.
Then came the part I didn’t expect:
The higher-rated traders were mostly treating PENDRA like a trade.
SanHam, with a 90.4 Trading Score, had already taken some profit.
Cybercelos, one of the highest-scored wallets in the set, had already sold more than half of what it bought.
Meanwhile, the only two wallets still holding 100% of their PENDRA were also the two lowest-rated traders on the board.
That completely changed the read for me.
The interesting signal wasn’t “smart money is buying.”
It was that skill and exit discipline seemed to move together.
Even the calls looked less independent than the headline suggested several KOLs were repeating the same “Pendle style yield market on Solana” narrative around the launch window.
So the takeaway here isn’t that PENDRA is bullish or bearish.
It’s this:
A consensus board can tell you who entered. Wallet behavior tells you who actually knew when to leave.
That’s the part I’d pay attention to.

I will make @popdex_ the best trading platform for traders! How will I do this?
Listen to users & prioritize their feedback!
Power user @deTEfabulaNar_ suggested when closing a $ETH position, we should adjust our UI to show both $ETH & USDT!
Small suggestion, big impact!
PRIVACY DOESN’T HAVE TO MEAN ANONYMITY
One of the biggest misconceptions around privacy in crypto is that keeping financial data private means hiding everything from everyone.
But real financial systems need something more balanced.
Businesses may still need to verify users, monitor transactions, and meet compliance requirements while customers should be able to keep balances, payments, and other sensitive activity private from the public.
That’s what makes Seismic interesting to me.
The goal isn’t “nobody sees anything.” It’s making sure the right people can access what they need, without turning someone’s entire financial life into public information.
Your identity can still be verified. Compliance can still work. But that doesn’t mean every transaction should be visible to everyone.
Privacy and compliance don’t have to fight each other.
And @SeismicSys is building around that balance.
Really happy to officially become a Popsmith 💜
I've put a lot of time into building tools for the @popdex_ community, and seeing that work recognized by the team means a lot.

The $3 Billion Mirage: What Binance’s Record Hack Reveals About Crypto Recovery
The headline was simple: Binance lost roughly $6.3 billion, and around $3 billion was frozen.
But once you follow the money, the story becomes much more interesting.
@SurfAIHQ fund flow reconstruction estimates the gross theft at roughly $6.36B–$6.43B, broadly consistent with Binance’s reported impact. Yet the amount that was actually confirmed as returned by the research cutoff was $0.
What had happened instead was something very different: around $2.69B could be specifically identified as frozen or seized, while broader estimates reached $2.83B–$2.85B.
That distinction matters.
Frozen is not the same as recovered.
Much of the immobilized value came from assets with centralized control points. Tether froze large amounts of USDT. Circle froze USDC. Ripple froze part of the stolen RLUSD. World Liberty Financial froze USD1. Arbitrum also intervened through governance to move affected ETH and ARB into a controlled wallet.
But other assets behaved very differently.
Bitcoin could be traced across 19 wallets, yet no issuer existed to blacklist it. XRP remained visible in a single wallet but was still outside an issuer-level freeze mechanism. Large ETH balances could also remain traceable while staying movable outside specific governance intervention points.
One of the clearest examples was RLUSD.
Around 88.5M RLUSD was stolen. Before Ripple intervened, approximately 48M had already been swapped through DEXs. Only about 40.5M remained available to freeze.
That turns the incident into something closer to a race.
The attacker did not necessarily need to make the funds disappear. The attacker only needed to move enough value from freezeable assets into assets without centralized control points before intervention arrived.
This is the strongest insight from the investigation:
The real boundary in crypto recovery is not traceability. It is control.
Blockchains can make stolen funds highly visible. But visibility does not mean anyone can stop them.
That is why the “$3B frozen” headline can sound more reassuring than the reality. The funds may be visible, traceable and even immobilized, while still not being returned to Binance or users.
Surf’s research makes that distinction much clearer: in modern exchange hacks, recovery depends less on whether we can see the money, and more on whether someone still has the power to stop it.
